I requested a late check-out when booked & it was approved. However, upon checking in, I was told they didn't have it and don't typically honor these requests. Unit wasn't fully prepared and stocked with towels/wash clothes, but they delivered immediately upon request.

It's awesome for family and vacation time. Great resort with wonderful amenities and views.

No complimentary breakfast. Floor on my room was dirty. When I walked on it barefoot after a shower my feet got dirty. Did not like that.

1426b was our room,the lights above our bed didn't work wasn't able to connect the wifi and TV to our Netflix account otherwise great stay.

Our room was full of lizards from the bath room to the kitchen inside the toaster and parking was horrible

Did not like having to pay a $200 incidental deposit which we didn't get back until 7 days later. We weren't aware of this (must have been in the small print) and was a chunk out of holiday money. We arrived gone midnight and checked out at 10am.... a lot of money to "pay" for a very very short stay.... should be smaller amount for those not staying for longer than 1 night.

Room was amazing! shame we weren't there longer.

The couch was violently uncomfortable; lower back pain included in every sit down. SMART TV in in the living room but the TV in the bedroom took me back to early 1990s hotel properties. And that's my second peeve: decor. It was giving Miami Vice but, I understand renovating entire properties is pricey; however, cannot charge modern prices with outdated room amenities. To my opinion, the hot tub could be removed; it is visibly aged, and we did not use it. I doubt many guests do. Now onto our leak. The faucet was changed but that didn't solve the problem. I'd reported that the leak seemed to be coming from underneath the cabinet by the kitchen sink. The tl;dr is that up to checkout, I had to leave a towel on the floor to cover for the leak. Lastly, the property is near many key areas, true, but the traffic is a doozy. This is obviously NOT their fault. This is just a piece of advice to future guests: The left turn onto Avenue of the Stars is an exercise in breathing control because you've got to cross three lanes of traffic and all are usually speeding. If you are NOT comfortable on highways, keep going straight and come down nice and easy so you can make a right turn onto Ave of the Stars.

The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept on in quite some time. The kitchen was fully equipped as stated, and our 1 BR suite came with washer and dryer so that was helpful. The amenities and activities available were great, even though we didn't get to really enjoy them due to a flight snafu shortening our trip. Also, really appreciated the SMART TV in the living room, as many similar properties do not have SMART TVs at all (see my other reviews). The staff was really friendly and I appreciated their helpfulness at check-in and check-out (even though it was 5 AM). We had a leak in our room on day one and maintenance came by and attempted to fix it asap, and having worked in a hotel where maintenance was the slowest of the slow, this was really appreciated.

The water had a weird taste and smell, bit sure if it is the city water or something to do with the hotel, but plan on using bottled water.

This place was great, nice room and swimming pools (2). The grounds were clean with lots of wildlife around, which was fun to see. There is a deli/ grocery store at the resort, but it’s very overpriced.

I didn't like the fact that you had to pay for additional towels due to the fact they only change out the towels every 4 days, and if you wanted the trash to be taken out, they charge for that as well.

I love the cleanliness of the rooms and how convenient they were to most shopping centers and restaurants.

Our room was not very clean. Dirty cloth in floor. Floor not swept and long black hair everywhere. Fresh towels just dumped at the door. Everything is very old in the apartment . No wine glasses . Knob missing on cooker. Everything is just tired. Also hated the music blasting round the pool all day.

Great place only thing I can say is it needs more parking but due to use having handicap plates we was fine. With parking.

The air in my room wasn't blowing out strong enough to keep my room cool and they could use some updating but, it still wasn't bad.

I like the amenities and the way they do everything they can to accommodate you. They have a lot of activities on the resort for adults and kids. You are not to far away from everything.
