You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe bathroom was too small, the edges around the top of the bathtub had dirt on them, the lower walls in the suite needs painting, and the entrance door to the suite needs to be repaired or replaced.
The living room suite was nice with decent furniture.

The location and sizing of the studio we booked was AMAZING! Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the view was excellent! I will be looking forward to booking here again soon.

United States of AmericaBeware parking came at an unexpected $10 per day using the resorts parking lot, never paid for parking at other hotels. Ceilings in corridor were filthy with dust and mold around the air vents, HVAC unit in room maid loud noise all night, bathroom faucet leaked making it difficult to sleep and tub floor was dirty, a little advice unplug the room phone it kept ringing all night for no reason.

The view of the ocean even from the side was nice. The kitchen was nice as well.

Location was great. We had ocean front room. Room was very nice for the price. Staff was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. There was a pool side bar and restaurant. Would definitely stay again in future.
