hotel rooms are outdated. Our room had an off smell like (humid). Dishes were not cleaned looked like they were just run through some water. Housekeeping was at our door on check out day right at 10am knocking when clearly check out was at 11am

Bartender was slow and did not give eye contact. Front desk guy had a cast on, didn’t explain things well and looked kind of messy and stressed out. Elevators took forever, stairwells were crowded. However, it was nice that the steps were carpeted. Less slippery.

Breakfast was great. Location was terrific, right on the beachfront. Wish driving to the main pier and tourist shops were closer.

Maintenance staff walked in on us to measure the bathroom cabinet. He said he was told the unit was empty. This mixup could have been very embarrassing. Front desk said they were sorry.

It’s dated and needs an upgrade. Our bathroom door was hard to close. The mattress wasn’t as firm as it could be but the furniture was very dated.

It didn't have a good maintenance, missing drawer knob in the kitchen, fire place remote didn't work, it was weet linen sheets on one bed, shower curtain bar was loose and dropped off when I got in the shower, one elevator was out of service for our entire stay.

Three of the six lifts weren’t working. The first room we were given smelt ‘musty’. It had old looking carpet. People in rooms close by were smoking cannabis which meant we had to leave our balcony at times to get away from the smell.

Location was great. Easy access to the beach. Had a variety of pools. Good value breakfast. When we complained about cannabis smoking happening on the balcony beside us we were given a different room. However, there were cannabis smokers near it as well. The second room we were given had been updated and was very clean and ‘fresh’ looking.

The only thing we didn't like was it was hard finding a park and it was only one working elevator. My husband and I had to walk down 10 flights of stairs on our last day ... simply because everytime it came to our floor it was full with people . I was sore for 4 days when I got home from carrying luggage and walking down 10 flights of stairs. Overall it's a nice and clean place to stay..

There were elevators out of service the entire week. Also my wife was injured by a metal rod sticking out from under the bed. We asked the person at the desk for medical supplies to stop the bleeding but they did not have anything available. No one asked what happened or filled out any type of report on the incident. Someone did go to the room and put a piece of tape to cover the metal that was sticking out. No one followed up with us or asked any questions about her status after that. Very disappointed in the reaction to an issue that was clearly the fault of the property.

The room was clean and everything was overall pretty good.
