Coffee maker leaked, room had unpainted drywall patchwork, hair under bath cloths in shower, pillows had 0 support, bed was similar to what one imagines in a prison, springs and a 4 inch mattress. View was car dealership, we asked for easy access for a visually impaired person, room was near end of hallway furthest from entrance, hallway carpet in terrible shape. Motel 6 used to leave the light on for you, this place showed that dated style. For 160 per night, not worth money, I'd say worth 55 at best

The toliet in our room would not flush. The ceiling the paint was peeling. The people staying above us stomped all night long keeping us awake. Someone kept slamming doors as well. Our last night did not get very much sleep. Was going to dry our beach towels from being at the pool, however the dryers cost 2.00, I think that is a little much!

The phone didn't work so I had to use my phone, and were the phone sat was coming off the wall. The paint was peeling,no hot water in the sink, warm water in the tub. Internet was terrible but understandable. Microwave was missing the plate. Iron was terrible and broken which took forever to get.

The beds sleep wonderful. The crew was helpful. And the apologies if something wasn't right.

No breakfast included and the room had no working phone and stove didn’t work the one cabinet in the kitchen the door was broke the front of ac was broke and the ceiling had parts pealing and hanging down the bathroom wall had a crack in the wall.

The one guy that worked night was very nice to us.

my only complaint would be that the AC in my room had like a timer set that i couldn’t change so it would only run for 6-7 minutes i feel like every hour or so.. i like to have a white noise to help sleep LOL

Typical spartan motel 6. More like a cell than a welcoming hotel room. (25 years in law enforcement, I’ve seen my share of cells). I shouldn’t be surprised since I’ve stayed at motel 6 on several occasions.

The front desk staff was super nice and greeted us everytime we entered or exited the hotel, they were very awesome to our fur baby Hershey gave him treats petted him, Lynn was amazing, when she would see us always greeted us and asked if we needed anything. Other front desk staff was just as nice wish I could remember there names.

Booked hotel on Booking.com for Quadruple Occupancy at a rate of $150.28 for one room two beds. When I got to the property the lady behind the front desk refused to honor my booking through booking.com. When I tried to show her my confirmation she exclaimed rudely that they don’t goner third party bookings from booking.com. She followed with the red auto was only for two people and that she would have to charge me an additional $180.00 the other two of my travel companions. I refused and found another hotel. I am have the charge disputed through my bank. Motel 6 Myrtle Beach South s LAME!
