I didn’t like there’s no room service available .

I love how well kept clean the facility is , loves the multiple pools to relax , staff super friendly. Parking was available and valet if needed . Love the flexibility available to have a late check out when possible. I have travel a lot and love that in Florida this location made me feel I was in a Caribbean.

It was pretty tranquile/ quiet? Expected more nightlife “action” from Margaritaville? But maybe wrong expectation.

OMG - this hotel is IT! Super super nice, feels like new! On a nice drive distance from MCO airport. AMAZING room and lobby, feels like a “new” hotel? Walking distance from a kind of boardwalk which also looks brand new. Best past though are the pools - check the pics! Like: WOW! Also, we had dinner in the restaurant and although they didn’t serve the Margaritaville-menu I’m used to (where are the nacho’s? LOL), it was a most pleasant evening with a band playing who did a FANTASTIC job with my Pink Floyd-request. I hope you guys read this - still gives me goosebumps! BTW - guys, the parking is FREE! Easy and close by. SUPER! Hope you keep it this way.

Absolutely nothing! Fantastic place to stay!

This resort was absolutely beautiful and the staff were fantastic! Lots of great amenities at the resort, and also nearby. Lots within walking distance . We loved the Carribean feel that this resort has, and everything it had to offer. It was very well kept/clean. We will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend!

I booked a king room with a resort view and was given a two queen bed overlooking an overgrown tip that was supposed to be gardens???? I returned to reception and had to plead my case to be given what I had booked at least a king bed. I was moved to this and the view was a little better .. overlooking the car park! Apparently a resort view was the back of the hotel and if you wanted what I would call, but they don't, a pool/resort view I would have had to pay an extra $200! We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and had booked this as a treat to both finish our month long trip and celebrate.. after my initial disappointment we did enjoy our stay

Quite a long walk to the pool.

Location is great, walking distance to restaurants. Good shops. Close to Disney and easy drive to Universal. The cottage itself was a really nice size, perfect for what we wanted.

Wish the deluxe king suite with pool view room had a microwave in the unit and maybe a second refrigerator in the living room area where the ice bucket is located

A minor suggestion > would be great if the resort shuttle service went all the way to the Target store and not just to the Movie Studio Grille location;

Everything about the resort provided a very relaxing and comfortable getaway with a tropical isle vibe. Professional, courteous & helpful staff at a superior facility. Easy walking distance to many fine amenities. Definitely will return!

We just wish they had equipped the house with more paper products, trash bags, washing detergent etc. I didn't realize that there was no maid service during our stay but it all worked out! We had a great stay!

Our cottage was absolutely beautiful! We loved that each room had it's own attached bathroom and that there were two living rooms. The living area was spacious and beautifully designed! We loved our stay!

The provision shop didn’t have as many hygiene items as I would have liked, but with Target being super close it wasn’t a make or break ordeal.

The beach club atmosphere was very nice and the lobby is gorgeous. There are multiple pools, all of which are large enough to make guests feel like they still have privacy while swimming with other people. The rooms were spectacularly clean and the decor was adorable. The bathroom was large and the shower had great water pressure. There is a provision shop on site with bottles of alcohol, but promenade shops are also within walking distance. Target is 2 min drive for the hygiene items you can’t find in the provisions shop.
