We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Switzerlandwhen you book through Booking.com for some reason even if you book for 2 Adults, they book 4 breakfast per day - weird, possibly more expensive. In addition for paying for these 4 breakfast per day, there is an added Service Fee for every time you have breakfast based on the value of the breakfast (%), which is not covered by your booking. So all in all, lots of hidden fees.
Breakfast was ok, but not amazing. Beds very comfy, very clean room, kind and helpful staff, good location to visit the Disney Parks if you do not want to book a Disney Resort Hotel, free shuttle to the Parks (regular time on the morning, on the evening there are less though, so most probably you will end up in a Lyft/Uber).

ParaguayWe had the worst experience ever. Walking through the hallway There were many used dishes of rooms who had ordered room service and the smell was all over. Once we got in, the room was totally dirty, the floor(without carpet) was sticky, the one with carpet had stains and the worst Part was the restroom, which had a brown stain(Imagine what it was) in the toilet lid!!! Totally unacceptable for a 5 Star hotel that Charged us almost 500$ per night. Furthermore, Rooms are extremely Small, if you go with kids, this is not the place for you. Regarding the shuttles, the front desk wouldn’t know about it(how come?). We had booked for 12 nights, but left on the 5th. We moved to the magic village views, paid a 1/3 of what the JW Marriot and had the best time.

Laundry collected and when I called the front office close to 9 pn, as the laundry not delivered, which the housekeeping dept did not send my laundry for cleaning. I’ve traveled around the world, this was my 1st such experience from a 5 star hotel.

I understand the need to smoke outdoors, rather than indoors, but to have to walk away from the pool area where I can't see if my child is ok while he's still playing in the pool, is ridiculous. There should always be the comfort of sitting on my lounge chair and being able to smoke there.The hotel rules for smokers, makes it hard to be a single parent, who loves staying in luxurious hotels while traveling. There's not even a benched area to sit while smoking at any of the corners of the hotel..Why in the world we can't smoke at the outside bar, where Jory bartends, is cruel. Drinking and smoking go hand and hand. Non-smokers can have the indoor bar if they're not wanting to be around smokers. I'm not sure who you're trying to impress with all the Outdated smoking rules...but when I hold an event for my company... I'll make sure it's not here again. T

United States of AmericaUnfortunately the floors in our first room and second room were not clean. The bath floors and shower floors were not vacuumed/washed. The carpet was also not vacumed in the bedroom area. However, the manager Kyler, was prompt at getting us located to another room and getting housekeeping there to clean the space. Kyler overviewed everything and it was pristine when done.
Staff was friendly, accommodating and very welcoming. The resort is beautiful and updated. The location is great!

I liked everything except the price we were quoted was said to be everything INCLUDING TAXES. The resort fee was to be extra at $140. But the reality was we were taxed an additional $200 for taxes that we were told were included. We put a call into the booking source and they were supposed to discuss this with the hotel and call us back. This has not happened. United States of AmericaThe shower in my room was really small. It was an accessible shower so between the seat and the knobs to turn the water on, there wasn’t much room to even turn around. And it was definitely only big enough for one person. But we were only there for 2 nights so it was fine.
