Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I booked for a 2 Queen, bunk bed, and pull out sofa and when I arrived the staff told me the room was no longer available. We also requested a shower for my disabled son and they stated it was not a problem and when we got to the room we had a tub. The only convenience of this hotel was this is was right across from the parks. If you are only 2-4 ppl traveling and need somewhere clean to stay definitely the place for you but if you are a big family and book for the biggest room they only have 2 of this on property so I recommend calling and getting double confirmation that it is your once you are booked.

Washroom was bit small, breakfast can be improve with some more choice with eggs.
Perfect location for visiting Universal Orlando. Good size room.

Construction, elevator cleanliness could be improved. The bus system leaving from the Hyatt across the street was also quite confusing. Not super safe to walk to park either.
Room exceeded expectations. Great water pressure. Free breakfast was nice and lobby and rooms felt updated.

there was a renovation going on and the pool and fitness center were at another building

The hotel is still in construction although this time it was better than the last time I were there: less noise. One day they close the water, I think due to the construction.

Hotel took a deposit comparable to the room rate which left me short of money at the time, and also caused me to get several bank charges. Breakfast was average, bathroom way too small.
Location was decent for getting to Universal Orlando and other nearby stuff. Plenty of parking. Very comfortable and smart room.

Construction work was going on during our stay. And no daily room cleaning service. Apparently it was done only on the 4th day of the stay.
Breakfast was great :) Near to Universal studios. Room was good.

Bathroom was small.rhe kicker was having to pay for parking.there should be no reason to pay to park at a hotel ,your spending over 150$ a night at.unacceptable in my eyes.yes disney does this crap but its disney.this is nothing but a money grab.

The hotel was under construction so on the last 2 days of 10 days stay there was un bearable noise. Though we were on the upper floors but feel bad for people on lower floors. There was no warning given as well. The lifts were dirty all time due to construction. For 3 days room fridge didn't work at all. They helped to keep the stuff in their own fridge and gave points as well but with children initially it was a issue. The breakfast was laid in adjoining hotel Hyatt house walking 2 min. They should mention all this or give rooms at discounted price. We had a great time as staff was good n helpful. We also asked housekeeping everday which they happily complied. I had expected a dining table n chairs in room as well as shown in pictures n cooktop but it wasn't there.
Well the location is nice,good rooms as they gave us in the new wing. Very good front desk staff.

did not know the hotel was under refurbishment.the entrance to hotel was cordoned off and we originally thought hotel was closed when we arrived.we spoke to receptionist and she said they were refurbing floor by floor and our room was one of those that was complete on the seventh floor.they did say they could look to see if there were available rooms at their sister hotel across the road but we decided to stay as the room was a great size and everything was new.We had to use swimming pool and restaurant in other hotel but it was only a 2 minute walk.when we checked out they said all the refurbishment work would be done by the middle of september.
location is great for universal studios.15 minute walk.hotels do lay on free shuttle buses with 3 different departure times

I didn’t like to pay $15 per day for parking I wasn’t aware of that charge The hotel is being remodeled under construction so no pool access and we were not aware of that either
I like that was really close to Universal and were you able to take a van from Hyatt house the breakfasting Hyatt house was also good

The bathroom was a bit tight. When you shut the bathroom door it was inches away from hitting the toilet. Hotel was under renovations so didn't get to explore. Only one elevator available. Reception desk was very tight. When I went to check out couldn't find anyone.
The room wad spacious and clean.
