At times there was a swampy smell outside. The hotel charged an extra 5 dollars a night, for each room for some fee that was not included on the description or balance of what it said on the site. Just because we booked 2 nights at different times, we had to go into the office and get that situated so we didn't have to check out and check back in (but luckily they worked it out). We came back from going to the beach one day and our room key didn't work and had to go back to office to get it reset. They had a sign that said free breakfast in the morning, but there was no breakfast. The shower didn't have much pressure, and it was a half glass for the outside, so every time you took a shower, water would splash in the floor. The shower knobs in our room turned all the way around and you just had to keep turning to an exact spot to turn off, etc. I think one person said that some of the rooms were used as actual apartment rentals and some of the people hanging around looked a little sketchy.

Had an issue of fruit flies in the bathroom and outside around the sink. Staff was advised and sent someone to investigate. When I returned that evening there was more than before. Never had an issue in rest of the room. Had a high step to get into room. Would be easier with an extra step.

Newly refurbished room. New towels, mini fridge, lamps, tv - all used for 1st time on our stay. Location right off 95, beside fast food and gas station options but tucked back from road noise. Close drive to other restaurants and shopping. Quick to fill up and continue our trip south after check out. Older hotel, yes. But updated well. Took a while for hot water to make it to the newly updated shower, but once it did- water was very hot and plenty of it- so be patient!

it was a last minute booking so I was pleased to find this place for this price. it was clean and has recently been refurbished. it had everything we need including free parking. we didn't use any other facilities

NO refrigerator in room! Areas of pink slime in bathroom. Door to Room 307 sticks so much, I had to push open with my foot.

The staff and operations hours. By 9-10pm there's no customer service. No one to assist you at the front desk which means if you lock yourself out, you're on your own because the cards keeps going out.

The overall place. It was a clean and beautiful environment. And very comfortable.
