Very quiet place, good breakfast, very close to main stores

I was expecting more variety of breakfast since I was staying in the hotel for more than 3 days. I would suggest having a more variety regarding the choice of breakfast.

The hotel provides breakfast which is very convenient that we don't need to seek out for the breakfast everyday. The location is great, the stop of cable car is right on the corner.

The wifi is terrible. Acceptable in the lobby if you’re only using occasionally, but expect frustration if you’re relying on being able to connect in your room. I do hope the Executive Court works more on improving this as it’s the only let down of an otherwise excellent hotel.

Should add curtains in the rooms. At 6am the sun woke me up every day. And the AC noise was worst than a train.

My room had a bad smell and it was carpet. My ac was very noisy and I turned off.

I find the taking a hold system difficult as it takes a long time for the hold to be lifted. With a debit card you are out of your money for 28 days

Having nice views to the city came with the cost of noisy nights, worth taking that into consideration. Also, the quality of the breakfast provided was poor, but enough to get the day started.

Our Deluxe King Room provided us with the confort we needed. With amazing views to the financial district, we felt really welcomed. Regarding the area were the hotel is located, we thought it was a great value for money.

OMG, the bathroom was unbelievably small. It was almost impossible to dress inside it. Also, they really need to update the elevator.

The location was the best part. It is just two blocks from the Union Square plaza, and every tour starts from there, so it was perfect. The staff was great, the breakfast was very good, almost something for everyone's liking.

Shower was very tiny and room service was only every other day. Also parking was safe in a garage about 5 min walk away but it was pricey.

Even though everything is well kept, the room was a bit stuffy as the ventilation options are limited.

Good location, room was clean, breakfast buffet reasonable. Our room had a fully renovated bathroom. Beds seemed pretty new as well. Great reception staff.

-AC is quite loud and a bit too cold. I tried to adjust to dry mode for warmer temperature , but it’s still cold. When I turn it off , the room was ok.So, this wasn’t a really big issue. - WiFy is so slow and lost signal most of the time as previous reviews said. - Cleanliness in some areas. Some hairs found in the basin and sticky stain found on side bed table.

- Good location because there was not too loud noise from streets and easy to go to Powell St.for using public transportation. - Room size is perfect for a couple or a solo traveler. Also, they provided good quality of amenities. - Friendly staff and willing to help.

Proper knives and forks, A bar and restaurant for residents. A sitting out area.

room was bright and airy. bathroom was functional and good standard. breakfast was verygood except for plastic cutlery which were poor. need to improve on this as its lets the hotel down. location was good for local attractions and had some bars close by.
