Close to Disney. Great breakfast and amazing drink and dinner time treat. Very large and spacious pool. With great music playing outside.

Nothing! Everything was great!

Every employee we encountered was excellent! Very friendly and willing to help! When we checked in at 10:00 pm, our TV was not working. Christopher, the maintenance guy, came to our room and repaired it very quickly. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, including eggs, biscuits and gravy, and Mickey Mouse Waffles. The evening happy hour and food was again very good and organized. Location was super. Disney Springs is a half mile walk. We loved the hotel and will definitely stay again.

Beds are not that comfortable but are ok. Was clean but not spotless clean. Specially bathroom and common areas. Breakfast is just ok.

The transportation could be improved a little The drivers are so nice but the access for mobility scooters is very lacking. The access is made difficult because access is through the front and is so tight to maneuver on and off.

Everything was great. The pool area was so nice and a great spa. The breakfast was delicious and the light snack in the evening was so good. The It is such a family friendly hotel but perfect for a couple. The location is perfect. The staff is second to none. Everyone encountered went above and beyond. So helpful and considerate.

Airport shuttle would be nice. Cost $50 Uber each way.

Nicely refreshed. Kids loved pool area. Food available onsite. Walking to springs only took 15 mins. (We did Uber back for $9.50.)

Gluten free options, for instance gluten free bun for lunch or bread for toast DESSERT: I would like to suggest an ice cream machine or cookie tray to be added with the dinner buffet perhaps instead of the free drinks. The free alcohol drinks were great but since it's Disney and full of children and families less emphasis should be on alcohol if it comes down to budget - go for something cool and refreshing like an ice cream dispenser. I've seen this at other hotels and it's always a bit hit. HOT TUB: I would like to suggest child restrictions on the hot tub after a certain time so adults can enjoy it more. For instance: from 9:00 pm - 11:00 pm adults only in hot tub. It made it hard for us to relax with kids splashing and jumping in it.

We loved the breakfast buffet and dinner buffet. We loved how friendly and happy all of the staff were. THIS IS SUPER IMPORTANT TO US We loved the convenience of the shuttle We loved our room - it was clean and quiet. We loved the overall ambiance of the place.

The beautiful outdoors, and the way it over looks water. Also how modern and up to date everything was. Plus the the buffet, 3 complimentary drinks, some of the breakfast, and the popcorn!

The buses really weren't great for us. We have 3 kids so didn't always know when we would be ready for the parks to book 2 hours in advance so didn't use the buses and ended up paying ubers to the parks instead. I prefer being able to get up and get ready and just leave whenever and have regular buses that don't need to be prebooked

Great hotel and facilities. Great location by Disney Springs, we walked over most days. Loved the evening kickback, the pool, splash pad. Great room sizes and a lovely view. The 24 hour free coffee in the lobby was great and my kids loved getting their drinks and popcorn between 4-8pm
