Two of us were taking a flight back on the day that we were checking out but in the evening. I wanted to extend the stay by a few hours. Until 11 a.m it was free but

We had a 3-bedroom villa. It was clean, however, the main room had a closet and we could see someone else's room, which was unexpected. It would have been good if it was completely blocked. I felt uneasy about it.

The facilities and furniture are unfortunately pretty beat up. You can tell it was nice at one point, but there has been a lot of wear and tear. The area is also a bit difficult to drive around since Disney World is next door.

The room was spacious and very clean. We really loved that the kitchen had everything that we needed. Parking and check in were easy. The property is right across the street from a bunch of restaurants and bars. We really recommend eating at Susuru!

A little out dated/old and worn furniture. The water did not remain hot enough to enjoy the jacuzzi feature in the tubs. Lastly, would recommend updating outlet features or appliances to include usb capabilities that are closure to the bed side for charging personal device. Don’t mind staying again with such minor (modern) inconveniences.

Very spacious, affordable, and location convenient for multiple day trips. Great stay and would not mind doing it again!

I don't any big problems.... maybe get curtains for the big bedroom because the light outside was bright but I heard the hotel us getting a make over soon.

The staff was super nice, helpful and enjoy the experience. The location was great because it didn't take long to get to epcot. The price was amazing! Two room ,two bathrooms, kitchen, family room and other room with a couple under $200 just days before Easter.

There was noting to really stand out that we didn't like. One of our teens had a bit of arm rash possibly from laundry detergent??? Were not sure.. There is a remodel refresh in progress which I am sure will make the place even better. We were informed that we could go to sister site and enjoy there expanded amenities but traffic was a deterrent. Once these arrive here I would certainly look at staying again

The staff we meet were great, friendly and responsive to requests for things we needed. Kids had fun in the pool. We were in a two bedroom suite w/kitchen. It was a great size for our family and we appreciated the convivence of the dishwasher and in room washer and dryer. The room was very large with plenty of room to spread out and 4 tvs meant the kids were all able to watch things they wanted.

The tubs were weird and very dangerous. we had older people. a pregnant person and someone with an injured foot. it was very dangerous to get in and out.

Although we felt safe in the area, the front doors were too loose. The faux leather couch was peeling so bad, leaving such a mess on the floor and sticking to our hands and legs. The closet doors could definitely use an upgrade.

Great location with shops, restaurants, and drugstores nearby. The apartment was spacious for my family of 6. Quick response to the maintenance issue with the shower. The beds were super comfy
