Room size was great, with good facilities. Location excellent; always nice when you can park the car outside your room. Bed comfy. Shower tap needed a good old pull to get it working - so maybe a small maintenance job there but other than that lovely bathroom.

I really can't say that there was anything we didn't like. We were only there for one night. The room fully met our expectations. Had we stayed longer we might have desired more amenities, but in our brief stay that did not make a significant difference.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I wish we could have stayed longer. All of the staff were courteous, professional, and friendly. We did not have time to enjoy the facilities, but they seemed well-kept.

We loved how close everything was. Everything including the Disney Parks were less than 30 minutes away. Many places to eat and shop nearby as well. Great place to stay.

Dont take First floor rooms if you have a lot of luggage! We had selected rooms on the First Floor, which we regretted as we had to carry the heavy Luggage up the stairs our self :-( And if you are staying with Kids avoid staying in this Resort - as the other rooms are right beside each other - and we were hearing a coulple making out moaning noises in our Room (Very clearly)! And the nearest Restaurants are almost 700m-800m distance by walk - so we had to take a taxi

It was an ok experience and is at a safe location with security patrol round the clock! The beds were comfortable - rooms are ok not too spacious.

Arrived 4pm for our check in. Advised that the room wasn't ready yet. Was told I would receive an email when ready. Lucky we didn't wait around as came back at 6pm to enquire if room was ready, as hadn't yet received an email. No apology was given for us having to wait for the late check in.

The location was great, easy access to freeway and not far from restaurants and a super market. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped and bonus to have the washer and dryer there too.

The mattress was not the most comfortable - it was very stiff, and made me miss my mattress at home. The couch was honestly more comfortable to sleep on.

The location of the room was prime - very close to many shops and eateries, and easy to get to. We also really enjoyed having an over-sized jacuzzi tub in our room, it was very relaxing and spacious. The living room and kitchen area were also really large and spacious, and provided more than enough features for our stay.

There was no room service, you need to be clean on your own, and reuse the towels, not sure if they change them under demand, though it is the only minor detail, aside that totally recommended!

No breakfast included, though there are plenty of places to go and have a grab, the rooms are nice and safe, the location is amazing!, you can reach Disney parks in just 10-15min, the overall exceeded the expectations, too many good things for too little price!

Hard to find reception desk... Could be better lit/ signposted especially in the dark. Not as obvious a building as you would imagine.

Perfect for what we wanted. Used the apartment as an overnight stay before or holiday started.

The family had a few issues with the lack of things like a toaster, breakfast bowls, etc, though that's probably more our fault than the hotel's.

Unbeatable price for a very short-notice stop-over. Bath was a pleasant surprise.

I did not like that there was not an elevator to the second level. I also did not like the coffee pot as there were no filters that fit it. Hot tub was dirty or possibly needs to be refinished.

The condo was very new and clean, beds were comfortable, WiFi was great. Pool was clean. The location was private and quiet.

Upon check out we always check everything just to make sure we didn't leave anything behind ... I open the closet in the master bath and on the roof there's a stain that resembled blood and when I say that disgusted me it really did lower my mood for this property ,so in my mind I go back to maybe that is why there was a strong smell of bleach when we walked in like what went on in this unit? . I was disgusted and glad we stayed just for a night

I like how spacious the unit is, the beds were comfortable . I can tell the unit was clean due to smell of bleach upon walk in. Location is great and there are many restaurants nearby or if you decide to cook I did see many cookware also available

Ice maker didn’t work well. They had to bring us ice. Air conditioning in second units fan kept running. Needs some updating.
