“Very nice hotel to stay in Brooklyn. Close to everything including subway, clean, and good service at the reception desk. We would come back for sure”
“The place is visually incredible. But it does not correspond to the reality in terms of the advertisement around it. I do want to emphasize though that on the last night Angelina which is a superior, part of the staff was absolutely correct, polite, apologized for everything and gave us free breakfast on the last morning, allowing us to check out at 12 - please give a raise to this amazing person, professional, empathetic.
Breakfast is tasty and good, although very expensive if not included in the reservation - for what they offer it should not be more than 20$ really..”
“Everything absolutely amazing. Comfortable big bed, all clean, great movies on the tv, complete tasty breakfast. Is it really a 3 star? It was great!”
“Friendly staff at the small self-check-in desk. Very clean room. Comfortable bed, good shower and quiet despite being next to an expressway. I appreciated that the simple breakfast included both savoury and sweet items; this isn't always the case. To be clear, this is not a luxury hotel. The location is out of the way, but I didn't mind the walk into Brooklyn heights or Park Slope, and I waited at most 4 minutes for an Uber. Compared to other hotels in the area, it was less expensive and surprisingly comfortable. I would happily return there if staying in the area. It's not particularly convenient for public transit, but if you like to walk or don't mind taking an Uber, it could save you a lot!”
“Comfortable kingsize bed. Large room. Extensive breakfast included. Handy to public transport. We arrived early and Roy on reception kindly allowed us to get into our room immediately, at no extra charge.”
“I like this hotel very much.
Room was OK and bed very big.
We have experienced some problems in the room. After our information the reaction was imediate. and very nice. They offered us two rooms to choose instead. It was very fast and high level of service.”
