“At check-in, the hotel receptionist staff charged me extra money to check in one hour before time. Also, the room was crampy. This staff was probably new or she was disinterested in listening to me. But I was lucky to find another receptionist staff was super helpful and she went out of her way to ensure my pet cat and I were comfortable. If there was an award - I would give it to her. For her, my impression of the hotel and my stay became worthwhile. Small gestures go a long way to building public relation! I am unsure if I should name this wonderful staff - she is wonderful treasure for your hotel.”
