Everything was fantastic and I’m so pleased with this booking - It’s a perfect apartment that was great for our long weekend trip away, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the whole place was immaculately clean - we had a fantastic time and the staff were great as well. It’s nice and close to the centre, with a breakfast and lunch venue attached with a mini Market opposite. Thank you for a great stay!

The apartment was difficult to find. When you arrive in the evening there is no one to receive you.

The apartment was well put together and there was no unnecessary things or wall decorations, just what you needed. With this minimalistic design approach and a mix of old and new, we felt like we stayed in a magazine of a few days. The apartment is in the hart of all the attractions and not noisy al all.

The door handle is broken of our apartment and it made it hard to close.

If you have mobility issues then this apartment might be difficult as there is no lift and the stairs are a little uneven - if you decide to book ask for floor 1 if you can. The other thing that was an inconvenience is that you are given one key fob so if you are a group and want to go your own way then this can be a bit of a pain. However, you can call the staff who can let you in.

I love the location of this apartment and everything was perfect. Do not hesitate to book this apartment if you're planning to visit beautiful Lisbon.

There was only in one mirror which was in the bathroom which made getting ready for 4 people difficult. Adding a mirror in each bedroom and also in the living room would really help. Also, there were glass windows to each of the bedrooms, living rooms and bathroom so if someone wanted to stay up later / go to bed earlier, every room was flooded with light, waking up those who were sleeping. Therefore going to the toilet at night is difficult as you can’t even turn on the light. Also the door to the kitchen and living room clash which is a little frustrating. The water to the shower got cold after a couple people showered - not sure if boilers here are smaller than the UK or if we take longer showers than the average person! Haha! Small things though. The place is lovely.

It was a lovely property, large rooms, comfortable beds, living room and kitchen were nice. We stayed on the first floor. Shower worked, was powerful, provided shampoo and body wash and towels, and kitchen equipment (we didn’t use it but they had lots of pans). Staff downstairs in the restaurant are nice. Also the location is amazing. Very close walk to the square and lots of sights. Really accessible.

The hotel has no elevator and we had been told we would be on the first floor but were placed on the third. Far too many steps with luggage for a 78 year old!

There was a problem with the cold water in the shower, eventually it was solved.

The property is located in the middle of everything, very easy to get everywhere by foot. The space is big and confortable, we were 4 people and have a lot of space. Bernardo to care of everything and we’re always available to answer any question or help us.
