Breakfast was amazing, great selection of everything one would want. Your coffee was incredible. The hotel location was perfect. My fiancé and I were a little nervous about the strange people hanging out in the square across from the hotel..apparently migrants, they didn’t bother us. Our room was a good size, great big bathroom. Wish you had hair conditioner and body lotion. The kettle was good. We brought Floger’s coffee bags. It was good. even though we had breakfast included in our 5 night stay it’s nice to have coffee in the room. We ate one night at the Veranda Restaurant with spectacular views. Food and service were excellent. People at the hotel bar off the Lobby were so nice and accommodating.

We loved the common areas. We played games in the downstairs family room area. We had a nice view of the mountains. The rushing water outside the hotel was cool! Loved the National Park.

Breakfast was delicious. The common areas were very impressive. The grounds were beautiful! We went for a walk in the forest and it was like a fairyland.

Breakfast for 5 days was all cold. Eggs, bacon, veg etc not kept warm and same same everyday. Had a good variety of choices, though.

It was on a busy street but there was a view of the Pena Palace from the balcony which was nice. Parking was in an informal unpaved lot next door where sometimes you could get parked in.
