We used a couple room with double bed, the room was ok, for two people, small, but the mattresses in the bed were slipping, that was the only unpleasant thing, I would recommend for the double bed a whole mattress for the couple, we stayed in a bed with two separate mattresses and that's why they slipped

A location to check in the future for sure, I liked that it is not very far from the center, somewhere between 25-30 minutes on foot, depending on where you want to go, but there are other locations such as the Rijksmuseum, 15 minutes walk, Moco musem between 12-15 minutes walk, restaurants opposite the hotel, I liked that the hotel has a restaurant at a very affordable price (compared to food from restaurants or downtown) and very tasty, you can serve yourself with whatever you want even if you finish from your plate, and drink whatever you want (water, juice, tea, lemonade, coffee) and I liked the fact that it had parking, 35 euros per day is ok, clean room, housekeeping every day I also liked that I had a balcony with a view, it was far beyond expectations

We could not open all 3 suitcases at same time. It was probably a room for 2, and they added the third bed ... There was a bit construction going on ground floor right below our room, good thing we were not much in the room, Becuase we were not advised about construction noise.

Good location, 5 blocks from Leideseplein and a train ride to Ceentral Station, had elevator. The room was modern but small for 3 people. Staff was nice and informative. They stored our luggage properly and called us a taxi, when requested.

It was raining during our stay and there wasn't much space to hang things to dry, including towels. Room was a bit dusty.

the entrance and the rooms are in two different places (you need to go out and enter another building entrance, also the entrance to the room building is not the best, the full building is not for this hotel only as they have only some floors (I think) . the outside terrace is connected to all rooms, meaning anyone can walk and pass by all rooms from outside (the door with lock). the bed is not comfortable and it is standard size only 90 cm and if you ask for a king bed they will combine two beds. They booked me a room with a broken door lock and I asked to change it to another room and they accepted

the location is great and breakfast sufficient with different options, the room space makes you feel comfortable, the view from the hotel is good and the area is near public transportation (5 min walk) and restaurants.

In the first day, housekeeping service was not done even with the sign in the door indicating that room cleaning was required. However, in the second day I informed the front desk about the miss and they quickly solve it in the next day. With respect to the room, for me, the beds/mattresses were a little too soft. Also, I found the room to dark in my opinion. I would like to have a room with better lighting. Lastly, I guess it was a a bad luck from me: the shower was not too hot (I like very warm showers), but my family stated that the rooms they stayed in, shower was fantastic and very warm.

Hotel location is very nice! You can easily take the train to anywhere else in the city. Also, the hotel structure is very beautiful with some artwork pieces decorating hotel structure design. The breakfast is very worth the $15. It contains several options of food and price is very attractive.

There were some stains on the wall, I suppose from the wine or so. Walls are so tick that you can hear in the night people coming to their room. It actually woke us up. I thought they were breaking into our room. Really disturbing.

I liked the size of the room. Beds were really comfortable and everything was clean and good equiped. Also the location is perfect and away from the crowd.

Although the room was clean, there was a bit of mold on the wall near the bathroom and on the curtains. It didn’t bother us though. Biggest problem was the noise of the common door leading to/from elevator to the outside and other rooms. It slammed shut and shook our room and this happened so very often. A few of the lights didn’t work in the room either but was not a big issue.

Good location to catch trams. Room was spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful and gave us free bottles of water.
