A let down of the stay was the cleanliness of the shower floor, it had a clear build up of brown shower mould in certain places. This sort of build up of dirt should not happen with regular cleaning. I think it should also be standard for the price of the room to receive a bottle or two or still water. I had to run down stairs to the bar and paid £5 for water! Which is crazy.

I liked the comfort of the bed and the room was a great size.

Not a fan of the scrambled eggs at breakfast. A luggage rack and some sort of hand/body lotion wouldn't go amiss. A small additional cost for a quite pricey room.

Fantastic location, spacious room, huge comfy bed. Breakfast was almost perfect and really felt like a special treat with table service, and nice cutlery. Best hotel breakfast I have enjoyed in a while. Blackout curtains very welcome for early morning sun. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

One tiny negative was the room was quite dark (not enough lighting) - this wasn't at all a massive problem just an observation. Other than that I can't fault it at all.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, very clean and well decorated. The roof top bar was fantastic, boasting superb views. It couldn't be in a better location, easy walking distance to everything you could possibly need which was a big bonus.

Disappointed not to be able to use the roof terrace bar. Their were customers outside & seats ( although I was told otherwise) Winds picking up was the reason I was not allowed out.

Room was large and clean, easy location - everything was a walk away and breakfast was nice with plenty of choice. Car park was 30 second walk away and the hotel provides a discount code.

Beds uncomfortable and pillows awful. Light streams in on bed anytime someone uses bathroom because only glass between beds and sink areas.

The roof top bar is closed Mon/Tue, reception desk didn't tell us this when we asked for info about it, we were just told we needed to book a table. We couldn't visit on the Bank holiday Monday like we'd planned. Disappointing as this is your main photo and selling point. Wouldn't stay here again.

Some lighting in the bathroom area very dark and radiator to dry towel was not working. For the price of room I would expect a high Standard. Not much info from staff on parking as it was our first time using the car park. Overall it was good.

Key cards are a faff. There were 3 adults and 2 keys it was a problem solving exercise every time one of us left the room. Pull out bed was very uncomfortable. They didn’t have enough space for breakfast, we ended up in the bar with a low table, made eating breakfast difficult
