Just because I had this in Stockholm I knew I wouldn't have tea nor coffee in the room. So this is something to be aware of: handle this beforehand as you won't have anything at all.

I adore this place. I once stayed at UNITY in Stockholm and felt in love, so when I saw it in Helsinki, I immediately booked it. And it didn't disappoint! Very cozy, clean, stylish and comfortable. The shower is large, the bed is soft. The window is huge! The location was fine as well, around 20-30 min to the city centre by foot. And there is an option to get a digital key if you check-in online, this also was very convenient. It also was very quiet! The kitchen had everything I needed, the bathroom also had bottles with soap, body wash, shampoo and lotion.

As I arrived too early, I went to the hotel early to leave my things. Then I filled in a registration form with my document numbers etc. For some reason, when I got back to the hotel in the afternoon, I had to fill in all the details again. It seemed strange.

Almost everything. The place is very innovative, modern, with a sense of privacy. Everything you need at your fingertips.

The gym Was missing a small pice of equipment called back extension. There are multiple kinds, some that even fold up. As a traveler and gym goer, a back extension is one of my favorite ways to undo a day of sitting on a plane. It makes my low back feel nice!

Very unique layout. One of the coolest, nicest hotels I've stayed in. I liked the firmness of the bed. It was perfect.

The location was too far from most sights for us to walk so we had to use public transportation. It wasn’t a big deal but might be important to some travelers. It was a 15 minute walk to the ferry to Tallinn which is why we booked it.

Everything was great. It was clean. The staff was helpful. The rooftop sauna was a great perk. No daily maid service which wasn’t important to us but might be to others.

Round desk in the room is a bit small to work behind. I am not used to eating sandwitches & bakery for breakfast, but there was no other option (or at least I was not told so) 🙂. Breakfast was very fresh nevertheless.

Comfy room, spaceous shower, good bed, short walking distance from Tallink harbour, tram station to centre near the house.

Digital key is a great concept but seemed to not function in the elevator and was slow to open the door. Had to go and get a normal key card but staff helped quickly with this.

Neat room, very modern. The rooftop sauna with the view of the sea made for a perfect evening unwind.

Tea towels would have been welcome. There was a dishwasher but not tabs and didn’t want to buy a big box of them for a short stay. Bought a bottle of wine in the lobby to take up to our room, having just discovered that supermarkets don’t sell wine, but then told we had to drink it in the lobby. Very frustrating and silly.

I think I loved everything in this place.

It is not the most expensive or classy hotel in which I've spent some nights, but even if it's essential it is really perfect: the palette of colors used for the design is excellent, it doesn't lack anything, the cleaning is perfect and this is remarkable also in the smallest details like dishes un cups. The sauna is a remarkable plus, as the rooftop: wonderful city sight! The reception is provided with food and beverages, the receptionists are super kind and competent. It's very relaxing and put me in the right mood to work.

I took my disabled son for a winter break. The room was absolutely fantastic with great facilities. The sauna on the roof with views of the city was a great touch. The staff were awesome and really helpful. Easy tram stop outside.

The room is amazing. Super clean and quite and well equipped. Loved the high sealing.

The stairs to get to the bed were very steep, I had a little difficulty going up and down. The beds are very comfortable, though.Cash is not accepted at the hotel, only credit cards are used. It would be even better if cash was available.

The necessary tools are in the rooms. I cooked my own food. I felt like I was at home. The staff are very polite and kind.

This is an awsom hotel! Recommend and will visit again myself when i need a hotel in Helsinki again. Very nice and clean room! Loved that the bed is located kinda upstairs. Nice colours - i chose this hotel, because all the other hotels seemed to have rooms with dark colours. Staff - friendly and helpful!

We missed a place in the appartment to put our dirty shoes and wet coats. Also we would have liked to have some cleaning apliances in the room that we could use to casually tidy up the kitchen and dining area.

We liked the whole setup of the appartment. It is great that there was a separate area for bedroom, living room, kitchen. Also the location of Unity is great. Easy to reach the city center and also the ship terminal to Tallinn.

The room was small but we did not spend much time in our apartment because we were out exploring Finland.

The apartment was clean close to transport. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The sauna was amazing with a window and ocean views. The room was cleaned every week which was great.
