Positive section of review
The hotel was only a 15 minute walk to the city centre, so easy to reach the main area for shops, restaurants and attractions. The room was comfortable and the restaurant facility was very good with a good selection from the breakfast buffet. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.

The location was good. The entry system was easy during check in times. The customer service people were polite and responded within an hour or so to online queries. The laundry and drying room were handy.

The listing for this apartment doesn't tell you that you have to clean the apartment yourself before vacating. I have stayed in serviced apartments before and they all included a maid and a concierge service, so I was not expecting to have to clean the apartment. This apartment is basically a air bnb style. When booking, the only option was non-refundable. Once my money had been taken and the booking was complete, were we told that we would have to dust all surfaces, clean the bathroom and kitchen, wash all dishes and put them away and vacuum the floors. If I had the option to cancel with full refund at that point, I would have done so. The dishwasher did not complete it's cycle so I had to wash dishes by hand. One bedside lamp had been removed and the other had no light bulb. The entire apartment was covered in dust, this was particularly disappointing as we had to clean the apartment ourselves before vacating. There was no vacuum so we had to sweep the floor. There was a swiffer mop but this was also broken. We were given the code for the luggage room and I told the customer service that we would be back before 5pm to collect our luggage. However when we returned to get our luggage, the code to access the building had been deactivated at checkout leaving our bags trapped inside. Luckily there was a maintenance man who gave us access as I was on hold with customer service for 5 minutes without speaking to anyone. Overall I found the accommodation disappointing. I am happy to wash and put away dishes when I stay somewhere but being asked to dust an extremely dusty apartment is unreasonable and should be pointed out before booking. I really don't know what the "serviced" element of Forenom Serviced Apartments is?

I failed to spot in the small print that no tea and coffee making facilities were available in the standard room. My fault obviously but I did miss my afternoon and nighttime tea ( I’m English so this was a big deal! )

The smelly carpet in the hallway. The bed is thin, back aches can be expected. Only 1 towel for 3 days. No aircon/the window will open, 1/5 of the way!

I make I request for early check in. I received a messg that it was approved. Then we went there 12 pm the pw is not working we wait outside while its raining. For 2 hrs we call 3 times. Every body they lets us wait for lomg time. Then i call back again and they said i need to pay extra dor early check in. This is give me a lot stress. I’ve traveled for 9 hrs i dont have enough rest. The room is hot
