• very friendly and polite staff, always with a smile on there face • room:bed was big and comfortable, the air con was very quick very cool and the view is very good + a big balcony where you can sit and enjoy the wind • location: perfect for tourists and lts everything is near and it have food 24/7 and 7/11 is 2min to walk + you have a amazing view to the hua hin mountains on the back side Thanks for the great stay!

The location directly on Jomtien beach is fantastic. The Sandbar restaurant next door has an excellent breakfast, as well as regular menu. There are plenty of other good restaurants nearby. The road is less busy and the area less noisy than elsewhere along the beach. The poolside rooms are perfect: very comfortable bed, strong a/c, spacious shower room. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

I thought it’s a bit over priced for the quality, very simple rooms … beds aren’t too comfy. mind that there are lots of stairs - so for some it must be okay and for others a bit uncomfortable.

Location: If you are a conservative, and you don't like to see the sense of nudity, it is better you find another location. Cleanness: when we removed the cover of the bed, we found blood drops and other smiley dirt, be careful, we asked them to change it and they did.

Terrible staff. Unfriendly. Stayed in 209 which is a dark cave facing the chairs of the big bathtub, not a pool. Description of room is a joke, it’s just a basic room. Much better places to stay in soi 7 likeLEK hotel which includes breakfast. Soi 7 is a place where the bars have women which can’t be in central pattaya anymore since they are over aged. It’s like drinking with your mother and her friends!
