We loved the personal service offered by Sunny, the wonderful breakfast including mixing with other guests at the same table, and the location - away from the strip mall but close enough to restaurants and attractions ( 15 min walk to restaurants or 3 minute walk to the Wego bus stop)

Disappointed to miss the second day breakfast, as one of the main reasons to stay here, however Sunny had an early appointment and in agreement with us left us a small packed breakfast.

We liked the comfortable beds, and the efficient air conditioning. The staff also responded quickly to online feedback from our first night's stay. My 23 year old daughter enjoyed the swimming pool. Excellent breakfast although expensive. Very centrally located.

All 4 pillows were a bit firm, a selection would have been preferred. The nozzle on the hair dryer was missing: the hotel offered to replace it for the next day but it would have been too late for us! Also we were given a room with a view, I think an upgrade however the noise from the lift was a little annoying. Next time I would prefer to have less of a view and a quieter night without the lift noice - to be fair the soundproofing was quite good in the room. Would have liked evening room service, perhaps expected with this type of hotel.

Genuine hospitality from Fazilette, I really enjoyed my stay there and i would definetely return back. Location was really convenient and surround area super nice to walk. Thank you once again for a memorable stay.

Room was clean and bright and location was great. Car parking was convenient and restarants, cafes and supermarket in the next street. Originally booked a basement room but on reading comments, upraded a level.

The breakfast was fine, the location was fine, coming from Calgary. The hot tub was good, other than the plug, we had to manipulate to prevent water loss down the drain while in use.

For the size of the suite, I feel the TV could have a larger screen as well as the showerhead could be larger and possibly one that could be hand held.

The location was fine for our purposes. We were visiting people that we knew in the Sault. The host was responsive, pleasant and helpful.

For older couples it would be helpful to have a bar mounted the bath/shower. This would be for safety and balance. The rest was fine. The place it compact and tidy. We did not need to use all of the amenities that were available
