Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

FranceAll 4 pillows were a bit firm, a selection would have been preferred. The nozzle on the hair dryer was missing: the hotel offered to replace it for the next day but it would have been too late for us! Also we were given a room with a view, I think an upgrade however the noise from the lift was a little annoying. Next time I would prefer to have less of a view and a quieter night without the lift noice - to be fair the soundproofing was quite good in the room. Would have liked evening room service, perhaps expected with this type of hotel.
We liked the comfortable beds, and the efficient air conditioning. The staff also responded quickly to online feedback from our first night's stay. My 23 year old daughter enjoyed the swimming pool. Excellent breakfast although expensive. Very centrally located.

FranceRoom service only related to breakfast which was disappointing. The plug in the bathroom wasn't working when I needed it. The hotel charged the wrong card for my first night's stay despite me stating my request otherwise. A trainee receptionist was unsupervised at that moment, hence the mistake.
The room was as described and was comfortable and roomy. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel was central to all main attractions downtown. The staff responded to my feedback given online very quickly.

CanadaThe pool are was a bit too cold for comfort to be frank. The kids wanted to hide under the towels the moment they got out of the pool, and we were feeling a bit chilly as well. Would expect the pool area to be a lot warmer.
The facilities are great. Staff was exceptional. I mean, my partner really wanted an iced coffee late at night, and I came down to ask the front desk for where I could find some, and this man literally just said "I can make some for you" and did just that. Superb.

Great hotel! Beautiful property, location is close walk to everything. Very clean and quiet and staff were lovely. Parking was convenient and well priced at $24 for 24 hours right under the hotel. Also nice to have the mall underneath for lots of food choices.

CanadaThis hotel is at the right spot in downtown. Everything is just few steps away! Especially it’s connected to Desjardins complex which makes it more amazing! Staff were friendly! Lots of working. We will visit there again, hopefully no construction this time in downtown!!

CanadaCompare to last year the service was not as efficient. Using the phone in the room is always problematic. The gentleman in charge of the parking forgot to give me a green paper to get my luggages delivered to the room so it took half an hour to get them. On sunday morning I decided to have breakfast at the hotel instead of going to the mall. I think 33$ for a buffet style breakfast when the food is barely hot and no service beside for hot drinks is highway robbery. People are visiting less and less restaurant and with that kind of price it will not attract too many people who do not include that meal with the room reservation.
