Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaThe shower was in very rough shape. The faucet was literally hanging out of the shower wall and the shower tap was seized up it was difficult to turn the water on. I mentioned this to the front desk as I wanted to let them know that it could be an issue for visitors using the shower. The front desk clerk mentioned that a lot of the faucets and taps are in that same condition and that they have had clients call the front desk because they could not turn the water off. Didn’t seem concerned about the issue. The property is a little dated.

CanadaI wish I knew how to lower down the aircon because it was a bit chilly because its raining besides that its all worth it.
I like the spacious parking, easy to locate. The room was perfect for the three of us, clean and quite. Everything we need was met. Breakfast was all worth it because my children loves it.

CanadaA microwave & safe in the rooms would be nice. Also, a mat or small rug would be great at the entrance of the room for wet boots/shoes.
Great for travelers with pets. Avenue north of the motel is fairly quiet for walking dogs. Lots of parking with powered stalls. On-site laundry is only $1.25/load. Buffet breakfast is quite good. They even had a wheelchair on site for my elderly father. Great location on the West site. Close to great shopping & other restaurants. Room was very quiet.

CanadaThe couch hide-a-bed most definitely needs to be replaced especially being in the executive wing. The breakfasta use to be good when it came from the kitchen. It now a buffet style breakfast. We passed on that. It wasn't great last time we stayed.
Friendly staff, we stayed in the executive wing which is nice. The only real complaint we have is our room came with a couch bed. Which should really be repoans it seems to be at least 20-25 years old.
