How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Checking in there was one agent that was friendly and nice, and an older agent who was miserable and short with me. Not a great first impression for me. I also didn't understand why I had to fill out an extra form at the desk and nobody with the other agent needed to.
The key thing that stands out is the pool, I love having a pool available. The breakfast was reasonably priced and the waitress was one of the most attentive I've ever had. The bed was very comfy. I loved having a fridge and microwave available even though I didn't use it.

I had an unpleaseant interaction with the staff. When I got to the lobby, I had to pay a security deposit. When I tried paying with my credit card, I got an error message with both my Visa cards. I called my bank (Caisse Desjardins) to see what the issue was and they told me they had a worldwide bug with their visa cards at the moment. I tried explaining the situation to the person in charge at the lobby and she was very rude. She wasn't helpful at all. She just told me that unless I paid the deposit I couldn't enter the room and I had to leave. Her collegue even made a comment about the fact that someone just paid with a Visa, insinuating that I was lying.Thankfully, after a few hours the issue was resolved and I was able to go back to the hotel and access my room.
I like the room I stayed in. Everything was very clean.

The elevators kept breaking. Parking lot is large but not quite large enough. Breakfast is not included which seems odd for this type of hotel. Price felt about 20% too high for options available.
This hotel is very close to the 401 Freeway on Dixie. Close to many gas stations and food options. I liked that there was daily housekeeping. Loved the 24 hour coffee machine in the lobby. Excellent coffee and always available.

One of the worst staff ever! I heard them laughing at the back office, but they gave poker faces while checking me in. Such rude. Stay date May 18th, 2024 at 1 am.

there was a interconnecting door in our room, the occupants next door were so LOUD all night we had to bang on the door and then finally call downstairs for their support. the shower leaked onto the floor as it was wheelchair accessible.
it was convenient location to the airport and free shuttle.

I would have liked to have more USB ports. While traveling all my electronics were low on power and had to be charged for the next days travel. The location while not far from the airport has very little around other than industrial businesses.
The bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows and there was a top sheet (sometimes not found at every hotel). The room was very clean.

The receptionist gave me hard time when I called them coz they said I dont have booking... I called twice when I was at the airport...and give my complete name and they said sorry we didnt notice your lasr name...and told her were only 2 me and my husband and she asked me again how many kids?? It’s in a busy location and there are not many restaurants in the area. Having said that we did find a great restaurant close by with a wonderful breakfast. The front counter staff on arrival were helpful but not overly friendly. Staff we met in the morning were really good.
Close to airport. Room and bed was comfortable. The restaurant was quite nice.

The timing of the airport shuttle either put me hours ahead of me flight or within an hour of my flight. If this was to be prebooked at the time of the reservation, the shuttle could accomidate timing.
Quick and easy check in, appreciated the airport shuttle. Ground floor room but it was extremly quiet!

In my booking it says, " free breakfast", but when I get there, we went to the dining and I have to pay $ for "buffet breakfast!
I flew from the U>S to Canada, and from the Airport they have a shuttle bus to pick us up.
