The system hangs when we were checking in resulting in longer wait time.

It was very comfortable and everything was provided from pot and pans, to cooking utensils, chopping board, dishwashing sponge and detergent, laundry detergent and salt and pepper. The location was very convenient and accessible. Would definitely choose Meriton suites again the next time I am back in Aussie 😊💯

Bit cool in the room so I put the air conditioner on to warm up a bit. But the vents looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years -thought it safer to turn it off.

Had to ask for washing powder coffee more wash gel etc no clear instructions on tv channels so unable to get all channels or working dishwasher not able to start it etc. After travelling and tired easier access to things is important Had to call for assistance and they did provide very quickly after asking.

The slide shower was a bit high for my 5'2" height and fixed so hard to reach to take off the slide part. The hair dryer was a cheaper version, with no grunt, I would recommend taking your own unless you want to spend ages trying to dry your hair. My partner went to use the pool but said the temperature of the water was too cold. Perhaps if we had mentioned this, it would have been resolved, but we ran out of time to use again.

Place was definitely one of the better places to stay. Superbly run/spotlessly clean. Capitol theatre 1 minute walk away. Arrived early, they stored our luggage & messaged once room was ready. Room size was bigger than expected, plenty of space to move about & spread our things. Shower was large & very easy to get in/out of. Tissues supplied in bathroom yaahhay. Washing machine/dryer simple to use plus provided laundry liquid. The kitchen had all you needed with a large fridge to put our food/drinks etc in. Bed was King size, huge and very comfortable. Quiet room, heard no noise outside. No maid service, yet I just asked reception whenever I needed anything ie fresh towels, tissues whatever I needed more of, and they were just so accommodating! Nothing was too much trouble. I took my own rubbish bags & changed our own rubbish daily (just went down their chute) which was no big deal. Bonus was the TV had option which enabled connection to my streaming channels from home. I just scanned my phone and linked up my Netflix, then could watch programmes of my own. Was a secure site so cannot be used by others. Reception staff were fabulous throughout. Even when checking out, they offered to assist us in getting a taxi to the airport. I was stressed as couldn't connect to an Uber. Staff had a taxi there within 5 minutes for a good price. The taxi man was lovely and you could tell honest! I was informed the Meriton use reputable drivers and they can also arrange taxi pick up for you from the Airport. We wished we had known that prior as we got scammed by a taxi driver when came off the plane at the Airport.

The beds were so so comfortable, the location was great but choices of food around were very limited. The room was great as were the reception staff.

The bed was so comfortable, a definite highlight! I had a spacious studio room with a full size fridge, kitchenette and large lounge area. The location is superb - literally 1 minute from Chinatown light rail station, and a few minutes walk to Central.

Scent coming thru the air con, unnecessary and caused my asthma to go off. King bed had a single duvet sideways which didn't cover us. Poor layout in bathroom.

Location is excellent. Near the central station and beside a tram stop and about thirty minute walk to the harbour. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Bed comfortable.

That fact that there was no restaurant in the hotel, especially for breakfast, and Dinner. There was no skim milk for hot drinks

Excellent location, just a short walk to the light rail line. Room was very clean, loads of storage, and the cupboards stocked with enough crockery/cutlery. The foyer smelt amazing and staff were brilliant.

Kitchen could do with some more crockery such as some bowls to use in microwave and knives were blunt.

Nothing, it was fantastic.

The staff were wonderful and I'm super grateful that we were able to check in early to our suite. Our suite had everything we could need and the bed was so comfortable. I even purchased one of the pillows which I'm so excited to have at home!
