Fantastic location - an easy walk to pretty much everything you need. A great pub round the corner, bakery up the road and choice of dining venues all within 200m. On site parking is such a bonus. Great shower and a coffee machine made it a comfortable stay. Dining recommendations all under a 200m walk!!! - Jackman & McRoss Bakery - great coffee, Da Angelo Ristorante - Italian, Magic Curries - Indian, Lollies on Hampden - Sweet treats, Shipwrights Arms Hotel - fantastic.

Bed was a king size and comfy. Easy access information was provided. Lovely decor. Good hot water pressure in stand alone shower. Added bonus was the delightful muesli and yoghurt breakfast goodies provided. Great off street parking.

Nothing really. If it was me I would have only put a queen size bed in the room rather than a king but that's just me.

The room wasn't clean. It looked like it has been cleaned a month ago and nobody opened it since then - dust everywhere, dead cockroaches, gecko droppings.

Manly Waves apparently had a plumbing issue so we were given what was supposedly an upgrade to a nearby apartment. This apartment block was dirty, ill-kempt & very dubious. Rubbish & discarded clothing lying outside. Apartment was superficially clean but cheaply furnished & smelled. There was a large crack across the bedroom window. Car park area couldn’t safely accommodate our medium-sized car. We couldn’t stay there. Left immediately.
