It took a while to work out all the technology in the apartments( eg: to open and close blinds) We didn’t find any instructions. We do like a TV in the bedroom and there wasn’t one.

Great location - close to shops restaurants gardens and venues for the Chamber Music Festival we were attending. Immaculate well appointed spacious stylish with storage galore. The real plants throughout made it feel homely. Enjoyed the outlook over trees to the hills and Memorial .

The property was absolutely beautiful and in a wonderful location close to everything we needed. It was evident how much pride the hosts have in the property as there were so many thoughtful touches which made it feel like home rather than a room for the night. The hosts were amazing and worked with us when we arrived very late in the evening on account of a cancelled flight to make sure check-in went smoothly and we had everything we needed. There was nothing more we could have asked for from this stay and would thoroughly recommend without any hesitation.

The only major downside was the bed, which would have been fine for 1-2 nights. But the bed was super super soft and the pillows were quite hard, so made for an uncomfortable experience after 6 nights. But other than that the property was lovely.

The location was really good. Within 5-10 minutes of everything. Very lovely layout and ample size for 2 people for 6 nights.

The accomodation was perfect .. there was an excessive water leak in the basement car park which didn’t affect us but did concern us.

Right in the Main Street so easy access to restaurants , comfortable bed and just a great place to stay.

It is really difficult to find fault with this property. The only thing that could have made it better would be a second toilet.

We were amazed at the space and layout of this lovely unit. We loved the coffee machine, the decor, the comfy chairs and the fresh plants throughout this unit.

The property was very modern and well equipped . We especially appreciated the washing machine and drier which allowed us to wash our clothes we had been on a lengthy tour of areas of NSW and Victoria. The bed was comfortable and the property allowed us to feel as though we were in a home away from home. Loved having a lift and a secure parking space under the building. Our host Row was easy to contact and friendly helping to answer a couple of questions in relation to the property

Lovely, clean one bedroom apartment with plenty of room. Washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, and large fridge. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. It was centrally located and a short walk to Coles shopping centre, Commercial Club, and the regatta site at Gateway Lakes.

The Botanical was our home for three nights stay in Albury. The Botanical was amazing, classy, beautifully appointed with a stunning kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom was beautiful with a very comfortable king bed. Across from the Botanical Gardens, walking distance (five minutes) to shopping, cafes and restaurants and a two-minute walk to the Commercial Club. Very peaceful and quiet. (the only downside was the car park in basement 2. Very tight to get in and out of. Also, they need to remove the mouldy sandbags that have been left. Smelt really bad when entering the car park) Otherwise, I highly recommend The Botanical.
