It provides complimentary Wi-Fi access throughout the property. Great option to stay in Phong Nha, as most options in town are hostels. Great view of the lake, great food and drinks as well. The hotel also has a spa, which was super convenient especially after 2 long days of trekking. You need to take a taxi to go to town, but the town is quite small and not much going on, so it was nice to stay in this much more quiet area. You can kayak and swim in the lake, which we didn't do as we were too tired, but it looked nice.

Quite tricky to find but well worth the hunt . There is a shuttle car that can drive you. Rooms were beautiful. Everything you needed. Staff very helpful, and very accomodating at breakfast.
