This place is amazing. The whole resort, properties, pool and the staff were absolutely brilliant. Relaxing, calm and beautiful settings, on-site spa that was also great. Breakfast had lots to choose from. Nice quiet part of the beach right outside the property to lounge around. I must give a special mention to Mr. Jan who dealt with customer relations. This guy went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as smooth as possible.

Offering large outdoor pools and a private beach area, Katamaran Resort is set in Senggigi in the Lombok Region. From the beginning till the end it was just amazing!

We had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the services are very good. The rooms are very spacious, the location is on the quiet part of the island with amazing views on sunset. The resort has a good restaurant, but plenty of good options nearby. You can take the bikes from the hotel to discover the surrounding. Overall great value for the money. The pool area with the bar are super cozy. The cleanies of this resort is outstanding. When I come back, this is the place where I will stay.

From the friendly concierge who eagerly assisted with my luggage to the knowledgeable front desk staff who effortlessly catered to my every need, the hotel's personnel truly left an indelible mark on my experience. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the hotel's magnificent swimming pool. With its sparkling azure waters and stylish lounge chairs, it provided the perfect oasis to unwind and soak up the sun. Whether I wanted to take a refreshing swim or simply bask in the tranquil atmosphere, the pool area exceeded all my expectations. The attentive poolside staff ensured I had everything I needed, from fluffy towels to refreshing beverages, further enhancing my relaxation. Now, let's talk about the coffee and poolbar. As an avid coffee lover, we are pleased to report that the hotel's cappuccino was nothing short of heavenly. The rich, aromatic blend combined with the skillful baristas' expert craftsmanship created a cup of perfection each morning. The poolbar cozy ambiance provided the ideal spot to savor my morning indulgence, setting the tone for a delightful day ahead. And we did not yet even talk about the amazing bathroom! But you have to experience that for yourself.

Starting from a welcome drink, and then eco friendly toiletries, yoga mat, sun hats to borrow, amazing tiles in the bathroom. And of course the view and a spacey deck! Staff is very friendly and welcoming! And you need to come at least for a week, cause you would not want to leave!

There are world class surfing spots close to the hotel such as Pantai Mawi. The staff is very thoughtful and will cater to your needs. They can also give suggestions and contacts in case you want to explore the surroundings or plan a day trip to another part of the island. All things considered, Tropik Resort offers very good value for money.

Amahelia Luxury Resort & Restaurant - Gili Asahan snýr að ströndinni og býður upp á 4 stjörnu gistingu í Gili Asahan. Gististaðurinn er með útisundlaug, garð og verönd. 1) Amazing crew Hendra and Amir were awesome! They greet us with big smiles daily and you can feel their friendliness and support are genuine ❤️. They helped us with all of our requests from handling the coconut we found to cooking us the most yummy Jimbaran style fish with our catch of the day (from our very fun fishing trip who was also arranged by Hendra). Mr Firman, whom we had contact prior to the stay was quick in response and have been very helpful in arranging our transfer from airport. 2) Amazing private pool We had a private pool attached to the room which was perfect for our honeymoon to be away from other tourists. 3) Secludeness of the island We were at the more touristy area of the famous Gilis for snorkeling and were so glad that we stayed at Gili Asahan which is a bit more private and secluded away from the tourist crowd. They were only a handful of resorts with limited villas. Though secluded there are still opportunities for activities. The resort offers free kayak, sup and snorkeling equipment. We did a small hike for sunset view, snorkeling, kayaking and also a fishing trip during our stay. 4) Amazing food We look forward to the yummy breakfast daily and dinner. We had dinner almost everyday during our 6 nights stay and tried most of the dishes at the Naga restaurant. We were so amazed with the variety of the menu and whether it was the Japanese Tuna Tataki, Indian butter chicken, Indonesian dishes like Ikan Pepes, Laotian Sate, Thai Pandan Chicken or American burger, everything was sooooo tasty! They did not disappoint
