Located on the beachfront, KTM Resort Batam offers views of the Singapore skyline. It an outdoor swimming pool and a tennis court. Free WiFi access as well as parking are available. Everything , we had a lovely night here as a family. We were pick up at the ferry terminal , checkin early . Guy help show us the amazing fish in the lagoon . Had a swim in pool. Had lovely Indonesian dinner inc vegetarian. Lovely breakfast and late check out . Room was plain inside but l suited the venue and we had nice view .

We will return in October (plan for my husband's birthday) and promised to see her again!! She can be the role model for all service staffs!

Set within 8.2 km of Nongsa Pura Ferry Terminal and 24 km of Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall, Nongsa Village Peaceful Villa in private beach Resort offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom... everything was great about the villa, the owner is very nice and helpful, everything was very very great except the lady at receptionist and the rules that say we cant use the pool at night, which is when we came last year, its not a problem
