My and my wife went to Emerald Resort & Spa for our honeymoon and had the best time of our life!! everything was absolutely magnificent. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early . We got to the resort super early and didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. The staff go over and beyond to make sure that every moment you spend in there is delightful. Golf carts were always available to make sure you arrive move around the resort comfortably. They have three main restraunts which all served exquisite dining. Since we were on our honeymoon they gifted us with a 5 course romantic dinner at the beach and also 1 hour massage vouchers for each of us. Special thanks to Mr. Ashok for ensuring everything went smooth They have exceeded our expectations in every aspect!! Cleanliness 10/10 Amenities 10/10 Food 10/10 Service 10/10 If you are going to Zanzibar you must book at Emerald Resort & Spa also I strongly recommend getting the all inclusive package

Location: it may be different for everyone. It is located in a small fishing village. Step outside Mambo paradise you will immediately find yourself in the middle of the locals and their lives. It is the true Zanzibar. Staffs: very friendly and helpful. Katja, the captain of the hotel, is a star. She arranged everything we requested, big or small and reacted swiftly to any situation (a late taxi, air conditioning issue, etc). Facilities and convenience: we have everything we expected for the region (Africa) and the price we paid. I like the fact that how the hotel is structured: a few steps up from the rooms you reached the beautiful restaurant/lounge/roof top balcony, with nice breeze throughout the day and a heavenly view of the sea; coming out the of room within a few meters you will come out to the pool, then the back door directly to the beach. Water refill on both floors. Activities: with Katja’s magical power, we have experienced amazing Zanzibar-only activities, and everyone of them went so well because of her tips and the guides she arranged.

I have nothing but good things to say. I had spent considerable time researching hotels in Zanzibar for my wife's birthday trip and the reviews of this hotel stood out. Our experience absolutely confirmed the reviews of previous guests. The staff are absolutely amazing and went over and above to make sure all our needs were met, including adjusting to dietary requirements (gluten free/vegetarian), making sure we could watch a football final, and generally helping us with each and every query about sites to visits and possible tours. They even arranged a complimentary birthday cake for my wife with amazing dancing and singing from the staff. The hotel is equally amazing with clean rooms, a relaxing pool, and it overlooks the beach. We cannot thank you enough for an amazing stay and we hope to visit again soon.

Honestly the days spent there were fantastic, specially because i had a broken toe and didn't feel any downside during my stance there! The snorkel activity was beautiful, as someone from the Caribbean , it felt like home!

Zoi Boutique Hotel is a picture-perfect accommodation with the most wonderful hospitality. I was booked into the most gorgeous room with a stunning view, and the place really does look like in the photos. The hotel has an authentic Zanzibar feel, which I was drawn to when searching for accommodations. Everything from the room to the pools to the views and the restaurant are top tier. The lunch and dinner menus change daily and everything is kept very clean. The restaurant staff surprised me with a birthday cake and singing on my first night there. It was the most magical birthday celebration for sure. The staff were very helpful with booking excursions and taxis, and always went the extra mile to make sure I was enjoying my stay. They even gave me freshly cut aloe vera when I told them I got a bit sunburnt 😅 I will definitely recommend Zoi to all my friends and family if they visit Zanzibar. Hopefully, I will be able to return again to this little paradise soon!
