On arrival, we were greeted by lots of friendly smiling staff with welcome drinks. Check in was swift and they showed us to a lovely room with a view of the ocean. The room, pools, grounds, beach, restaurants and resort as a whole was exceptionally clean. The gardens were beautifully manicured and it was a joy strolling through them to the beach. There was a wide range of foods at all mealtimes and the food was, on the whole, quite good. The shower was nice and hot with good water pressure. There were a range of activities on offer during our stay which we enjoyed. There was a farewell lounge with great facilities for showering/freshening up post-checkout.

Excelente Hotel Jardins muito bem cuidados e muito bonitos. Apesar de ser grande e de haver muita gente, os vários restaurantes são muito bons, qualidade da comida e variedade excelente. Vários bares e muitos espaços de lazer muito agradáveis. Limpeza impecável Funcionários empenhados e prestativos. Animação noturna muito boa. As Vilas do Lago são lindas.

This is the secomd time that we have stayed at the Holiday Village/ The place is absolutely perfect. The location is great (20 minute ride from the airport) and walking ditsance from a lovely market town - Sarigerme. The hotel is very comfortable and clean, the food is varied and delicious, the service is friendly and helpful. Altogether perfect place for a family vacation.

One of the best vacations. Loved the room. Clean. Comfortable beds. Shout out to the F&B team. Plenty of food. Food options were very good. Tasty. Most of the staff were nice and friendly.
