Very nice garden and atmosphere with a quiet neighborhood. The rooms were comfortable, clean. The A/C worked fine. The beds were good and the whole apartment cozy. The landlady was forthcoming, as we changed arrival time a few times (buses and trains in Italy are usually late - so we managed to get an earlier one by it being late). Shower took a little while to warm up, but otherwise was good. The apartment is well taken care of.

The room was extremely clean, quite large and fully functional. The location was one of the best we have had during our stays in Rome! One block from the metro. The host was very friendly and accommodating — provided some awesome restaurant recommendations.

Amazing quiet corner with a beautiful garden right next to the historical and archeological sites. I loved the comfortable and cozy room with a balcony view of the garden, contemporary design and lighting. Relaxing bathtub and shower amenities. The breakfast was delicious, including pancakes and different pies every day. The staff was kind and helpful, and the common area with a fireplace (in winter) is also very inviting. Perfect for a romantic holiday. A really great experience, I look forward to coming back!

Loved the bathroom, shower AND bath are an absolute luxury. But the suprise was the rooftop bar, it is huge with many types of chairs and tables. We particularly loved the service of the amazing Svetlana who is so good at recommending beverages and food.
