This also serves as a restaurant with an upmarket gift shop with wonderful views and helpful staff - just check the restaurant is open re evening meals as it’s seasonal but highly recommended . Car parking is free , open but quiet & safe . . A lovely experience and they spoilt us by giving us a complimentary upgrade super apartment with river mouth views. Thank you !

The historic Royal St. Andrews Hotel, Spa and Conference Centre is located in Port Alfred. The bathroom was excellent. Great tub, and a very large bathroom.

The rooms were very clean and the moment you stepped into the room you were welcomed by a pleasant eucalyptus scent. The breakfast was delicious and we always looked forward to it. The service people were also warm and friendly and quickly responded to any queries.A great stay overall that I would gladly redo when I’m back in Port Alfred.

Wonderful little garden flatlet behind main house. Really clean and the kitchenette has lots of items (including cooking oil which was fantastic). Nice quiet area of Port Alfred. Host was very welcoming.

The hosts, Frank and Linda were extremely wonderful and are very good hosts. The breakfast was excellent and exactly as we expected it. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again should I find myself back in Port Alfred in the future!
