My husband and I always stay in the hotel when we are in Stellenbosh. The location is perfect right in the middle of the town, so many restaurants and bars around but it’s so quiet inside. Breakfast is very nice and delicious, so many options available . We loved avo toasts and eggs Benedict. If the weather is warm enough you can sit in the beautiful courtyard. One important thing is the room was very warm and cozy which is very nice because of the weather in August was terrible it was rainy and cold outside. The stuff is very nice and friendly. The service is high level, they even prepared our room every night to sleep comfortable which was very impressive. You just feel all the time that the staff takes care of you. It was lovely to stay in the hotel. Looking forward to come back again.

Rent och fräscht. Fint badrum. Skön säng. God frukost. Mycket bra restaurang. Trevlig personal. Är mycket nöjd och skulle gärna återvända.

Det bästa stället vi bott på, under våra 4 år i Sydafrika. Tillsammans med en helt underbar personal, som fanns där för oss, hela tiden! Rummet superfint, sängen helt underbar! Riktigt fin trädgård, med dubbla pooler! Närheten till Stellenbosch centrum, på bekvämt avstånd, ca 4 minuters promenad!

Majeka House is a beautiful property, with a fantastic porch and semi private pool. Had a good meal from the bar one afternoon on the balcony, and the breakfast each morning was great. Super service from the staff - who were very welcoming and ready to please! Close to town but also far enough away to properly relax, there are also mountain bike and walking trails in the forest and along the mountain just behind the property which I used each day of my stay.

Beautiful vineyard with a breathtaking view. Rooms were big and the private pool warm so we could use it despite the cold outside. Breakfast was served in a separate house, but they provided umbrellas to get there in the rain and breakfast itself was delicious.

For our last night in South Africa it was a beautiful property, excellent restaurant and wine tasting which made it so relaxing. The pool was also nice to sit around , enjoy the outdoors before we headed back to North America and cool temperatures.

We loved our stay at the Banhoek Lodge. The staff is lovely and the lodge is set up in the middle of vineyards. The breakfast is delicious and the rooms have a beautiful view. It's a nice location to explore winelands in Stellenbosch & Franschoek.
