Along the rolling hills of the Mpumalanga, outside the hamlet of Dullstroom, Walkersons offers accommodation with a country flair and a cosy fireplace. Beautiful estate with very comfortable and luxurious rooms. But what we loved most is the hospitality. We were originally traveling to Kruger and no plans to stay here. But my partner had a food poisoning and we had to do an emergency stop. We arrived quite early and luckily one of the rooms just checked out. Staff urgently cleaned the room and made us comfortable. Thank you so much!

This famous Dullstroom countryside retreat is renowned for its Art of Food at Chapter One restaurant and it's Whisky, Oysters and Champagne bar. Great welcome, upgraded which was a bonus. Fabulous meal, attentive staff, an amazing stay. We were made to feel special. The Highlander is a lovely hotel with a great ambience.

The location of the house was absolutely amazing! The units were well furnished and everything needed to stay happily and comfortably was provided. The owners were communicative and helpful and the cleaning staff did an excellent job! It was a wonderful week.
