Situated in Piarco, Grand Diamond Hotel Trinidad offers 3-star accommodation with a terrace, a restaurant and a bar. The staff was very much customer oriented, I didn't have to worry about breakfast or lunch, the restaurant was very convenient and tasty also transportation services to the airport. The check-in was seemless. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. We felt so comfortable. The availability of ice in the common area. The fish pond was therapeutic. We loved the outdoor area upstairs from the pool as well.

Offering a lounge area with a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi and a sun terrace with a swimming pool, Holiday Inn Express Trincity is 3 km from Piarco International Airport. The breakfast was fantastic, the staff was amazing, the room was clean no complaints really. We stayed a few days longer and thought we would upgrade to the Hyatt for the last few days, will never stay at the Hyatt again, terrible experience wish we stayed at the Holiday Inn!

Well, myself and Mike really enjoyed ourselves The young lady who works 7 am to 7pm Is really super cool and she's very helpful with everything, Thanks for a wonderful job 😀 I truly appreciate it, I keep forgetting her name she is doing a wonderful job I must admit that 😀 Also The night front desk guy Joseph he is a very helpful guy and helpful as well 👍 Not forgetting the security guy at the door, I don't know his name but he's a very helpful person.

Extremely pleasant and friendly. Check-in was smooth, the front staff was always smiling, and the bar attendant was delightful and welcoming. The room staff always asked if we were ok. The security was always pleasant and assisted us with getting a taxi service.
