The beds were comfortable and the location is perfect. Down the street from the main road. Lots of food, shopping and music around the corner. Very helpful staff. My mother forgot her purse in the can to the ferry and the owner was able to contact the driver and get her bag back to us in time. tastefully decorated.

The place is amazing, gorgeous setting, great gardens. Beautiful rooms. We had a two bed suite that was perfect for the six of us. Swim up room makes everything seem easier too. The breakfast never got boring, we were still finding new things on our last day. We opted for full board which I regret. Too much food! The staff are attentive and lovely. Everything you ask is responded to immediately and with real care. For example when I asked about nuts for my daughters allergies the head chef came out to speak to me personally. Everyone is just so professional and lovely. I’ll be thinking of meandering around that pool for many years to come. I hope we can come back soon!

We absolutely loved this hotel! It is a beautiful facility. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. And the staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend visiting the spa. We enjoyed our experience so much that we both went back for a second treatment! We also really enjoyed the live entertainment that we were able to observe one evening. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and our favourite stay during our trip to Thailand. And this was despite an overbooking and maintenance issue and being asked to give up our room with private pool access early, which the staff handled very well and compensated us generously for.

It is quite far from the beach but there are bikes available. Very delicious breakfast.

We were working from there and internet WiFi worked 99% of the time perfectly and fast.

Incredible place, so comfortable, in town center, the staff was so kind, to do laundry for free full service and so warm and welcoming and compassionate — breakfast was huge, with all kinds of fresh fruit also. Bania Boutique House i Khao Lak tilbyder indkvartering kun for voksne med have, terrasse og bar. A Very nice and new place with a very tasteful design in our eyes. Very clean and friendly staff that immediately solves any issues we had, like the clogged drain in the shower. I’ve just mentioned it ones and 30 minutes later everything was well done! Absolutely worth it to stay!!!

Being able to access the big water park and kidsclub at their sister’s hotel next door is a huge plus for our family with 3 and 4 years old. Their breakfast has variety of selections and lasts until 11 am. They also serve fresh cold press juice! Our room is very clean, new, and has ocean view. Their beach is very private and has perfect sunset.
