Communication was clear and they responded quickly for my messages. The hotel is clean and nice. The staff is friendly and helpful also they were really flexible with us even if we arrived 1 am in the night we easily could access the room with the instructions they left us. And plus when we left the hotel we needed to do that early morning but our breakfast was paid for that day so they packed our breakfast and we could take it with ourselves. That warmed my heart. Thank you very much for everything!!😊

He had a service-oriented attitude with some funny jokes which made the stay warm and welcoming from the beginning. The hotel is located at a central old town location which makes it an excellent base for your Gdańsk adventure. The room was excellent Hilton quality, still feeling very new. Comfy beds, spotless clean bathroom with nice hygienic products. No unwanted surprises. Even the housekeeping staff came by and asked whether we were satisfied with cleaning. For breakfast, you could make your own delicious waffles. If you fancy a carefree stay in old town, come here!
