Situated in Panglao, 800 metres from Danao Beach, Selectum Mangrove Resort features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. It was the best clean accommodation in Panglao. I came here Bohol two times and I was staying more than 4 resorts. This is the best clean resort I have ever stayed. They have some rules like not eating in the room, and this can make room soooo clean. I couldn't see even a single ant in the room. But don't worry you can eat at the terrace :) Also, there is a huge mango tree with hammock in the backyard. It was amazing. In addition, you can go to Alonabeach in 5 minutes by driving scooters. Plus, the hosts are sooo friendly and nice they are very welcoming the guests. They always say hello, good morning, how are you like that. Susu even kept clapping for me to watch fireflies in the yard. The staffs are so kind too. If you want to stay in the best clean place with such friendly hosts, you can choose this resort.

They helped us with tours, scooter hire and any other queries we had. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. The pool was fabulous. The resort was a quiet, relaxing space. The staff here was super thoughtful, they upgraded or room cause it was our 6th year anniversary, also they offered us a chocolate cake and lemonade, the bed had a romantic decor too, it was cool cause actually I proposed to my girlfriend in the morning so getting to the hotel and have this was great! The breakfast had European options like bread, juices milk and cereal. The paddle and kayak were free for guests and they also had water mattresses that were really fun to use. The hotel is on the left side of a mall and you have direct entrance to it so that was also super cool to have access to the shops/restaurants. the pool was lovely tho we didn't use it cause it was full of loud kids

The location, room, facilities and staff were all fantastic. We also loved the food and live entertainment. We had a minor issue with our air conditioner but they resolved it right away and compensated us with free masages for our trouble. Problems happen but how you make up for it makes all the difference and Mithi did a great job. We would highly recommend staying here to any would-be travelers.

Marquis was wonderful with two beautiful pools with great views! We got upgraded to a super nice villa. The food in the restaurant was amazing every time, really impressed. But the best part was all the staff!! Everyone was so sweet and super friendly and helpful!

Very nice room and friendly staff. The food was very good. (Only the pizza was a bit too long in the oven. A mishap I guess.) The prices at the restaurant are very reasonable. If you want to relax at a nice beach and enjoy your time, go to this hotel. Especially if you like European/Western standards. The place isn't overcrowded at all. As a bonus: The bed was very comfy and huge. It was 3 meters in width! (The largest bed I have seen so far.)
