This modern designed hotel is next to Pirbadet Waterpark on Brattøra. It offers free Wi-Fi and stylish rooms. The Rooftop restaurant & bar is located on the 9th floor with views of Trondheim Fjord. The bed was comfortable, the room had a beautiful view over the harbour. The ventilation in the bathroom was great. The breakfast was very varied, probably the best I had in Norway. The room had great sound insulation, no noises from neighbouring rooms.

The Superior Double Room was spacious, cool and I loved it. Wish I could have been there longer. Super breakfast. Friendly staff!

This eco-friendly hotel is centrally located in the vibrant Solsiden district of Trondheim, 10 minutes’ walk from Central Station. Me and my daughter came earlier than the check-in time and we're just suppose to ask if we can leave our luggages so we can roam around the city. The staff at the reception (I forgot to get her name..Sorry🙁) said that we can do an early check-in since they have an available room already. And to our surprise we got a room with a bathtub which made my daughter very happy and excited. The variety of foods they serve for breakfast buffet were excellent 😍👌

Set in a 1908 Gothic-style stone building in central Trondheim, Thon Hotel Nidaros is just 150 metres from Nordre gate shopping street. It offers free WiFi and rooms with flat-screen TV. Rarely on our travels we met a breakfast you could eat a whole week of. Literally everything you could wish for was there. Several kinds of egg, all of excellent level, accompanied by the best bacon/sausage. Huge variety of meat/cheese/fish. Hot and cold vegetables. Glutenfree options. Fruit in many ways (sliced, smoothie, juice). There were even lemon and ginger shots. It's all a lot, but it was still sorted out very delicate. The room itself had a fantastic shower and a beautiful view towards the train station with the fjord behind it. The staff was very friendly.

Located next to Lerkendal Stadium, this hotel is 7 minutes’ drive from central Trondheim. It offers modern rooms with free WiFi access and a flat-screen TV. Exceptional staff. Very professional and impeccable service. Breakfast was past luxury cruise ship level. Incredible value and will return and be first choice on my return. Buss pass to downtown is 12 bucks for 24 hours. Public transportation is amazing

Situated 50 metres from Torvet Square, Thon Hotel Trondheim offers a rich buffet breakfast with hot and cold dishes and organic choices. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. Great stay! Very good breakfast (5*), very clean room, nice and helpfull staff. Highly recommend!
