The accommodation was very comfortable. Very clean. The person looking after the accomodation was very helpful. Kept the place clean and mopped after every time the kids finished swimming and made floors wet. The pool area was fabulous! Very private with beautiful views. There was a lifeguard who stayed until we were done swimming. Great experience overall!

The entire stay was excellent, I would recommend the waterfront resort 10 times over. The staff were very nice, and accommodating. The entire place is clean and quiet. Definitely a place that allows you to relax, looking at the water from your window, with a breathtaking view.

A perfect place to relax and recharge (Also located very close to the ferry terminal)

Lovely rooms with a huge bed and a fun outdoor shower. Meals were delicious with plenty of food to fill you up. The boat trips were excellent - do try and make the most of them! All staff were friendly and professional. Lots of monkeys and cats to keep you company on site too. Thanks Taffy, Leonie and all the wonderful staff for a lovely stay. :)

Amazingly friendly catering staff; went completely off-menu to source and prepare authentic "local" vegetarian food for me; and kept doing it for the whole week. Super helpful operations team were always willing to try to fix problems as they occurred (eg. bad wifi); can't blame them for others' mistakes!

Just 10 minutes' drive from the centre of Lilongwe, Kumbali Country Lodge is situated on a 650-hectare forest reserve and dairy farm. The lodge has a garden with outdoor pool. A very comfortable and relaxing stay in a quiet rural location. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. I look forward to staying again soon!!
