Well-maintained 30 km bike trial across Borovoe national park. Perfect restaurant with variety of meal. Attentive and well-trained staff. Comfortable room with all concievable amenities. Honestly, I didn't expect such level of service in the rural area of Kazakhstan.

Situated in Shchūchīnsk, 7.9 km from Stantsiya Kurort-Borovoye, Дом у озера features accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, free bikes and a bar. Very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful lounge area and the cutest cat ever living on the property. The hotel is located right next to other hotels but you still get the feeling of being in the forest. The barista makes good coffee and the restaurant food was also very nice.
