Resident Hotel Kazybek Bi está en Almaty, a 15 min a pie de Ascension Cathedral, y dispone de alojamiento con restaurante, parking privado gratis y bar. Great location and near walkable to main attractions. Breakfast was included and there’s a Korean CU convenience store within 5-8 minute walk which was nice to have close by. Bathroom was big and nice, toiletries were included as well.

El Resident City Hotel está situado a 700 metros del centro de Almaty y ofrece alojamiento con restaurante, aparcamiento privado gratuito, gimnasio y bar. Una excelente opción de principio a fin. Instalaciones como nuevas, atención amable, mobiliario cómodo y de excelente gusto, buen desayuno, céntrico... Qué más se puede pedir?

Qazaq Auyl Eco Hotel está en Almaty, a 7,6 km de Shymbulak, y dispone de alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, restaurante y acceso a pie de pista. The location was breathtaking the view of mountains and snow fall was extremely amazing. The staff are very polite as there were stair to reach the room I requested for help and they helped us with open arms. The reception will give you a card with her watsapp number so you have any questions you can text her .. breakfast was in house..we requested for deluxe room with sauna in the room the bathrooms were spacious and living room have massive sofa cum bed with bed sheets and extra towels stored in the closets . Room is equipped with heaters and A/C and bathrooms floors are heated aswel. Room service charge 5000 tengee ( I would suggest call for a taxi and go downstairs there are cafes next to medeu cable car station ) If you are checking out early eg. 6am ( there are not yandex taxi available at the location) WhatsApp the reception and book for a cab, but after 10am you can book for a yandex taxi for airport. They also have a qazaq traditional restaurant at the hotel for a qazaq food experience we tried one night before and it was amazing. The place offers hiking also shymbulak skiing resort. We stayed in city for 5days and also wanted to experience stay in mountains for 2nights believe me its bit pricey but the view heals your inner peace. I would 100% recommend this place.

El Mercure Almaty City Center ofrece habitaciones con aire acondicionado en Almaty. Está cerca de varios lugares de interés conocidos. Great location, perfect breakfast, serenity inside the room, attentive and well trained staff with perfect English communication skill, especially the Ektarina (Kate) at the reception was very very helpful to us. Will come back to stay again!

This luxury 5-star hotel is located on the foot of Alatau Mountains in Almaty and features a spa centre, an indoor pool and a fitness centre. Free Wi-Fi is provided at The Ritz-Carlton, Almaty. The hotel is very good, with excellent facilities, although I didn't get the opportunity to try the pool. The staff are very friendly and professional and extremely helpful in all areas. The rooms are kept in very good condition and serviced regularly. The rooms are equipped with all varieties of supplies and disposables in case you forget anything. I loved the spacious walk-in shower. In-room dining is very good, the food is high quality, and room service support easy to use and courteous. Good selection of food types and a good wine list. The hotel is well located and provides transport facilities, at a small cost. The concierge is exactly what you would expect and you can ask almost anything, booking external restaurants, shopping and local information. There are plenty of comfortable meeting spaces and most areas have incredible views of the city and/or mountains. Next to the hotel, just a few minutes walk, is a shopping centre, the Essentai Mall, a high end collection of quality stores with a very good supermarket in the basement. I can highly recommend a stay here for business or pleasure, and will definitely visit again when I am next in Almaty.
