And most of all great help from receiption team, staffs help me call my hotel in fuji mountain, and gave me instructions how to lake kawaguchi. With plenty of space for 5 adults with 2 suitcases each. A dining table to sit at and eat breakfast or dinner or just hand out. The beamer was easy to use and gave a lot of entertainment for early nights, and so much more. The location is amazing and super close to the station, a ton of great restaurants, and convenience stores. The staff is super friendly and proficient in a ton of languages. There are a lot of amenities like a laundry and dryer, as well as a smoke room for smokers. And a whole lot more

Moreover, there are a lot of options for meals which make the stay all the more pleasent and worthwhile. The Hotel satff is extremely polite and helpfull and the rooms are comfortable beyond expectations.

Ground floor has a small mall with a covenience store, grocery store, restaurants bakery starbucks etc Had great pastries down at the bakery every morning. Restaurants are also very good and came handy when we returned to the hotel in the evenings exhausted from walking in the city. The restaurant in the hotel has a limited menu. But the food was good. Bar is lovely. Onsen is great. Clean stylish quiet. Great location for visiting the Tokyo highlights. (Ginza, Asakusa, Tsukiji Market. Etc)Tokyo Station is easy to access. But I d say returning from a late night out say from Shinjuku or Shibuya might be a little bit of work on public transport or a costly cab ride. Other than that I wouldn’t choose any other hotel. We loved everything with it.
