The hotel staff make us feel home right as we stepped into the property - a stellar welcome to Jordan! The property is located very close to all main Madaba’s must sees historical sites. It does also provide ample parking which proved very handy as we were travelling with a car. Rooms are exactly what you need after a long day walking the old streets of Madaba: clean, tidy and spacious. Decent breakfast buffet included with the rooms which we very much enjoyed with the morning breeze on the outside terrace ;) much recommended!

The staff was delightful and went out of their way to take care of every need and answer every question for us. Tal'at went above and beyond, even trying to find a music store for me on his day off. Their crew is a group of professional, kind, and thoughtful people. Breakfast was exceptional, varied, and plentiful, even providing made-to-order omelettes and really fresh coffee. There's a lovely bar with a variety of drinks available, but my favorite thing was an unexpectedly savory, last-minute dinner of a delicious hot pot chicken with vegetables, cooked to perfection and served over a flame. It was one of our best meals in the two weeks that we toured the country. The rooms were clean, modern, and very cozy. The hotel felt very safe and we loved our balcony.

Property well maintained, nice swimming pool, and restaurant offers a very reasonable evening dinner (our first night we had chicken tagine for 8.50jd, generous portions, they also serve beer and wine). Our room had a very comfortable bed and extra pillows, clean bathroom and a small balcony. Staff was very welcoming and helpful when we needed to get some laundry taken care of. A breakfast buffet, served at their rooftop terrace with wonderful views of the city, many options (eggs, sausage, beans, hummus, cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese, several kinds of bread, jams, pancakes, yogurt, coffee, tea, juice - we stayed three days and we could always put together different dishes and not feel like we were eating the same thing) On our second day we enjoyed lunch at Ayola Cafe which had been recommended by another guest on a previous review on booking. It was a good hotel to be based out of to visit mount Nebo, Ma’in hot springs and other places around the area

The Grand Hotel Madaba is an elegant hotel in the heart of Madaba, within easy walking distance from the Church of Apostles and 2 minutes' drive to the famous mosaic map of the Holy Land and the ST. I recently stayed at Grand Hotel Madaba , and it was fantastic! From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and helpful. Checking in was quick, and my room was really nice, clean and comfortable. What stood out the most was the amazing service. Everyone was so kind and went out of their way to make sure I had a great time. They even helped me plan my sightseeing trips. Overall, my stay at Grand Hotel Madaba was awesome! I definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Madaba. I can't wait to go back!🏆

Located 20 metres from the St. George Church in Madaba, this renovated hotel features air-conditioned rooms. There is a rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the city. Everything..my son wasn't very well..the owner brought him yogurt and garlic..and rosemary tea. Which did make him feel better.
