Cosy and clean room. Comfortable beds. Restaurant served excellent breakfast and dinner. Vatnajokull Glacier can be clearly seen from the hotel room, and you can walk to the national park from the hotel. Many day trips start from the skaftafell terminal tour center which is near the hotel. Good location to spot aurora during winter.

Standard guesthouse close to Jokulsarlon and the Vatnajokull glacier. The owner stays in the house. We spent one night there, had a good time but nothing special. Decent value-for-money (most hotels in the area were either fully booked or crazy expensive when we were there). We liked the breakfast.

Nice hotel on the ring road, not too far from Svartifoss and the Vatnajokull glacier. Good facilities for the standards of rural Iceland.

Direct view on the port and easily accessible. Easy checkin. And the owner was very kind. We were unsure about the safety of the roads and she explained us everything and comforted us. Otherwise we would have changed our entire Ring Road trip. She really changed our trip in a positive way.

Good location, easy to find and very close to good restaurants. The whole building is renovated. Kitchen has good equipment. Bathroom is modern. Very good communication with owner before my arrival - i recieved all instruction on mail.

This was one of our favourite places we stayed at during our trip around Iceland. The location is great, just a short drive from the main road. Room felt very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Great view across the glaciers to the north! If I ever returned to this area, I would definitely choose to spend the night here again.

We had the cottage, ideal for up to 4 people, all the comfort of a home, huge terrace, great garden.

Perfect location, a unique suite with a breathtaking view of the mountains. We loved the floors! The bathroom was very cozy and clean. Will definitely come back to spend a night or two in the area.

Nice basic little rooms and modern bathroom. Despite the weather, it was nice and cozy inside! Breakfast was simple (bread, diced cheese, meats, jams, yogurt) but the view from the dining area was gorgeous.

Loved the lodging - so fun and the shared kitchen and showers were very nice too.

The place was confortable and very clean. The owner was available at every time to help you.

The view from our bedroom of the mountains was spectacular. We really enjoyed our stay here. The room is a good spacious one, with large comfortable bed and excellent shower. The breakfast have lots of choice and the coffee machine has lots of options. We enjoyed the hot chocolate they have sachets for too. Would recommend.
