Leenane Hotel is located in a beautiful location across from the Killary Fijord. Our room (11) had a small balcony and overlooked the Fijord. The room was spacious and clean and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Dinner was very good and had the choice of eating in the dinning room or bar. We chose the bar which was informal and comfortable. Lennane Hotel was close to Connemara National Park and other scenic locations. ( Aasleagh Falls). Easy walk to town Center from the hotel.

Hotel was great central location in the town and great base for seeing Connemara. Rooms were very comfortable. As per other reviews breakfast was cold/continental breakfast but we found it perfect and quite substantial, there was plenty of cereals, pastries, toast, boiled eggs and pancakes. Staff were extremely helpful, receptionist gave great advice for restaurants nearby. Breakfast staff were extremely nice and pleasant. I’d definitely stay here again.

As a last minute booking given it’s location to Connemara National Park, I can honestly say that this is one of the top places that I have stayed in Ireland. lt shines brightly over many 5 star hotels around the country. it’s location with so many amenities on its doorstep, for residents only, makes it an ideal getaway. From what I could see it is solo, couple, family and pet friendly. Staff were superb and food equally as pleasing.

We really enjoyed our stay in The Connemara Hostel. Heather at reception was amazing she is so friendly and helpful she really made our stay enjoyable. All the staff were so lovely. We will definitely go back and have already recommended it to everyone we've spoken to since our stay. Such a beautiful setting!! Connemara is a spectacular place to visit.

We had an appartement from the hotel. The appartement was clean, big (110m2) with all necessary faclities (in the apartment but also in the hotel with bar, restaurants, pool, fitness center, etc) Hotel was in the center and so we could visit the city by walking Hotel is also well located to visit Connemara region. Hotel totally met our expectations.

Cashel House Hotel is a superbly appointed period house surrounded by exquisite gardens and is located right on the southern Connemara coastline. It provides old world luxury and charm which simply envelop your senses and is an ideal hideaway in one of Ireland's most spectacular wildernesses. The staff are ever helpful and the cuisine simply excellent.

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years. This is my first time back since the pandemic. I have to say it is still beautiful, full of charm and history. The hotel is so clean and well maintained. The room was big and comfortable, the food is excellent and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Excellent location for touring Connemara.

Absolutely amazing! Huge and comfy beds! Soft towels, a huge TV screen with loads of options to see! The cutest kitchen with breakfast for all tastes! If all accommodations were like this, hotels would not have customers... 😝 For everyone intending to visit skyroad , Kylemore Abbey, Connemara National Park and surroundings totally recommend 👌

What a lovely stay in a lovely town! The Connemara Lake Hotel staff was welcoming, friendly, and accommodating at every turn. Breakfast was ample and delicious. Rooms were tidy and spacious for our family of 4, with everything we needed to suit our needs. We would definitely stay here again. 100% recommend.

The food was delicious and all ingredients are sourced locally, even some from their garden. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The views of Connemara are stunning. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The little sticky toffee puddings at arrival was a nice surprise.

The hostel is in a great location for exploring Connemara. Simple, yet comfortable accommodation with beautiful surroundings. We didn’t stay long enough to take advantage of the activities offered by the resort, but there were lots on offer.

Location is amazing with sea views out every window, you are surrounded by the sea. Nice beaches nearby and good location for touring around Connemara. Great place to switch off and relax. Owner was very contactable and extremely helpful.

The breakfast was amazing, one of the best in Ireland I've had. Maurice and Aisling were amazing hosts. Lovely location, will definitely be heading over to see more of Connemara in the future.

Lovely host, delicious breakfast and great location for golf, Pony Trekking on the beach, Kylemore Abbey, Connemara National Park, Sky Road and much more. A truly gorgeous part of Ireland!

Buttermilk Lodge was very comfortable and in a perfect Location for accessing both Clifden and Connemara National Park. Our accommodation was very quiet and a short walk into Clifden.

Excellent hidden treasure in Connemara Ireland. Authentic lodge at the lake. Very pleasant to stay with friendly staff. Great hospitality, very good cuisine. I like to come back.

Perfect spot when touring Connemara in Ireland. Also, take your time and see what Dan O'Hara Farmhouse has to offer - for example, the old farmhouse and the short video.
