The highlight for me was the snorkeling; it's some of the best I've ever done, with crystal-clear water and incredible marine life just off the jetty. Plus, the WiFi is surprisingly good for such a remote place, hitting around 30mbps, which is great for staying connected. Just a heads-up, due to the location, the internet might drop during storms, but that's a small price to pay for the beauty and peace you get here. Overall, Vogelkopf Resort is an excellent choice for an stress-free vacation with a bit of adventure and a lot of natural beauty."

But I don't know if I will succeed, because, without a doubt, it was the most beautiful place where we have been in our entire life so far, as experienced travelers!What I felt when I arrived here cannot be described in words - I can try to say that I found Paradise on Earth!A small island, four bungalows, two on the beach, two on the water, dream views, the music of the ocean and the orchestra of jungle birds, underwater creatures of all shapes and colors right under the bungalows, a rich, fresh, young, clean reef, toilets and private shower, perfectly balanced food, fresh, unrepeatable, tasty, electric cleaner all the time provided by solar panels, wi-fi, and above all a team of wonderful people!The owner, Mr. Andy, loves this place and it shows in every thing he touches, in all the stories he tells you (if you ask him!). An extremely pleasant company, the silent partner of the team! The soul and heart of this place is Moana=Vayana, as I called it the first moment I saw it! She is Miss Esny, as I call her or Mantaray;s Queen (no one feels them and finds how she does it). She is a total joy from morning to night, a man who loves nature, who is ready to go in an adventure, whether it's the same or a new one, never forget to enjoy it, to protect you, to guide you, to help you know, to see, to feel the ocean and its wonders!We won a truly unique experience, a friendship for life, with a lot of admiration, respect, the desire for good and to return! It was our best stay in Raja Ampat, room is super roomy and clean, the little balcony has all you need - a table with cushions, a net and a hammock. And the bungalow is facing the sun in a way that it doesn't get really hot during the day. A huge plus for a place that has no AC. And staff here is just absolutely amazing, Nima and Ringga, they're just amazing human beings that help you arranging your tours and suggesting you what you should do, they also speak perfect English. The shared bathroom and showers are also super clean and quite good quality comparing to our previous Homestay in the region. Also you're 2 minutes snorkel away from the coral reefs where we saw sharks, turtles, cuttlefish, Nemo and plenty other fishes. Would definitely return.

Sonnenuntergang von der Hängematte aus geniessen. Direkt vor dem Homestay Sandstrand. Aber knapp 100m daneben beginnt das lange Korallenriff . Dann die Friwen Wall: der Besitzer bringt Sie in wenigen Minuten hin. Sie müssen unbedingt schnorcheln dort. Es ist unglaublich schön

I can’t even describe how much we loved this place. First, and the most important thing is that this is truly an eco lodge. Not only by name, but by actual actions and solutions the owner has implemented. I have never seen such wisdom and dedication when it comes to running place like that. You should come here to at least pick up Jack’s brain. He’s such an inspiration! Other than that, we have had the best food experience over there. We are vegan and they catered to our needs soo well. We could even pick the plants from their garden that we wanted to have in our meals. That was amazing! The lodge itself is very spacious, clean, has ensuited bathroom and overall is charming and beautiful. The whole place is run by amazing people, not only Jack but his entire family and staff members. Thank you so much for having us! We will definitely be back someday 😊

Einfache Bungalows am/über Wasser, sehr gutes, reichliches Essen, Frühstück könnte etwas variabler sein. Tolles Tauchgebiet, aber nichts für Anfänger. Tauchguides mit Adleraugen, zeigen auch viel Makro. Sehr nettes, fröhliches Personal, sie sind immer am Singen😊 Aufmerksame, französische Leitung, Brigitte spricht auch englisch.

Husna has a wonderful place and is a great host. Great breakfast, refreshments throughout the day, a wealth of information about the area, flora and customs 😊.
